B) Gundogan > Walcott (only just got Gundogan last week)
C) Capoue > Lallana (have Mane & Coutinho) or Chadli (whom I sold last week for Gundogan)

I think Ozil is worth the extra cash. Your team looks good...although If getting Wally means a better defense, I would take Wally in my team..and look to get someone like Alonso in it.
I have Alonso currently but can't afford him and Ozil. I'll consider Wally but he's pretty inconsistent for me in recent years.
