Just seen you comment about Wenger having two options and what you said about he'd have to change formation.
He actually mentioned 442 in an interview over the IB. You'll have to dig a bit maybe because nobody mentioned it on here...but he did say it.

Tbh I don't really think it matters. Whether by design or not right now we have Sanchez, Hazard and the Liverpool mids of Firmono, Coutinho and Lala more or less doing what the hell they like (to Sanchez's detrement last week...and Mane is a little more "fixed")
Sanchez has been listed as the striker on paper but he's all over the place in attack (and midfield).
Yeah they are fluid enough that's a good point.. i just think deep down Wenger doesn't trust Giroud anymore as an out and out centre forward week in week out anymore.. in fact i think that's become obvious.. he's sugar coating it in every which way as to not shatter the chaps confidence

Does anyone know why Lovren has missed playing a few weeks? Was he hurt or is he being rotated? He looks better than Clyne if he starts all the time. But since he has not so far I worry.

Yeah don't really want to get rid of either Walker or Alonso. The only mid would be Walcott but got good fixtures. That leaves Aguero! Seriously considering it after this week.

Why was there an interest on Lukaku then? He doesn't do hauls. Costa was only 0.5 less expensive.
He's had hauls in his time.-
But costa had those 12 point hauls this season. Lukaku is no Aguero to have for the hauls
I'd like to go Costa but know as soon I get him he'll get his ban. Been thinking that way for a while now though. I guess if he does then an easy swap to Kane with his fixtures
Got him as an Aguero replacement while he was suspended then again about five weeks ago at 10.0. He's been ace. I love captaining him as well, especially when he is in one of those moods where he either gets a brace of a red.

Amat and 4.0 is a disastrous thing to have. Should sort the defense getting Alonso in and Capoue out for De Roon and upgrade Gundo. You need cash and downgrading Aguero which you may not want to so downgrade Sanchez in that case.
Stones to Cedric, give Sanchez another week and then look at Sanchez Capoue to Firmino and Siggy

Very similar to mine above, wouldn't change.
Looking at my defence I think I can get away with it over Christmas as long as Amat keeps his place. Alongside Alonso I can have 2 defenders playing these over xmas:

West Ham (h) / Sunderland (h)
Boro (a) / Swansea (h)
Sunderland (a) / Boro (a)
Stoke (h) / Palace (h)
Probably too many away games for my liking but they're not too bad. At some point Brunt or Lovren could become Cedric if that helps, would need to check it out.
