Saturday’s action concludes at the Hawthorns where Manchester United drop in on an in-form West Bromwich Albion.

The Fantasy attention will be split here, with United’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic owned by 28.4% and captained by 13% up against a popular West Brom rearguard.

While Tony Pulis’ defence has kept just a single clean sheet in 13, the likes of Gareth McAuley and Craig Dawson offer a big threat from set-pieces, while Chris Brunt’s delivery could be vital.

Brunt provided a pair of assists in the midweek victory over Swansea City from left-back but is pushed forward into a midfield role this evening as Dawson returns from suspension, shifting Allan Nyom to left-back.

Significantly, almost 500,000 of McAuley’s 1.2 million owners keep him on the bench for this one – 360,000 of Foster’s 664,000 ownership do the same with the Baggies keeper.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    I bought Costa at 10.6 so I'd get 10.8m if I sell him. He'll most likely drop by 0.2 so I could get him back the same price I bought him... I have 2 FTs and no other pressing transfers if you don't consider Firmino or 4th defender one,

    Losing Costa is stupid. He's THE player this season. Bench him for a week. If you need to get rid of someone its surely Kane, who's fixtures aren't nearly so good from next week anyway?

    (Front three essentials now takes my team back to day 1)

    Just thinking out loud....

    Once all the suspensions are done and dusted, I am looking for a front three of Ibra, Costa and Aguero.

    I started with this lot, with a super budget midfield and defence. Over the weeks, this got watered down to accommodate an ever growing and more expensive set of midfield options eg (Sanchez, Hazard, Coutinho/Mane) and pricer defence. I have Kane, Anchibe and Carroll now.

    Now, question is, how do I go back to the strong front three by timing suspensions, and fewest hits?

    Costa suspension buys me a week. I guess I can ditch Hazard to bring him in? When is Aguero back, same time? Kane to Ibra tonight?

    My hunch is an early wild card is required to get my rebuild my budget GKs, defence, and midfield... Going from a cheap striker to an expensive one nearly always needs a second transfer from midfield...

      I wouldn't do that, you'd need Sanchez as he is effectively OoP forward and then like you say there is a wealth in midfield that you'd be missing out on.

        It's what I started with, except I have much better data to pick my budget players with.

        Gameweek 1 were punts, but I knew I had money in the bank, plus swapping a big hitter out is painless...

      You could go without Aguero to have Costa + Ibrahimovic + Sanchez with a good defence. Just change the channel whenever City are on TV.

            I've hit the button, Kane for Ibra, then I wanted spurs cover, toyed with the idea of eriksen, but think I'll need the cash for Costa and Aguero later. So went with wanyama, eek!
