After Spurs edged past Everton thanks to two more goals from Harry Kane at the Lane, itโ€™s now time for Sundayโ€™s main event.

Manchester City travel to Wearside in the first of their double Gameweek fixtures, with Pep Guardiolaโ€™s in-form outfit subject to huge Fantasy Premier League investment over the last few days.

Snapped by over 377,000 FPL managers, Sergio Aguero was the most sought-after asset prior to yesterdayโ€™s deadline after racking up four goals and two assists in his last pair of appearances across all competitions.

Surprisingly second to Zlatan Ibrahimovic in terms of overall armband backers for Gameweek 27, Aguero has, however, been triple captained by a substantial 159,000+ FPL managers, with City also set to entertain Stoke on Wednesday evening.

With a goal or assist in eight of his last ten league outings, Raheem Sterling acquired over 338,000 new owners last week โ€“ over 16,000 have wielded their triple captain chip on the winger.

Four goals and three assists in his last seven starts across all competitions has Leroy Sane shaping up as a differential, with the summer signing sitting in just 3% of squads, but Kevin De Bruyne’s owners are left disappointed as the Belgian surprisingly drops to the bench for the first match of double-header. As many as 6,937 FPL managers have played their Triple Captain chip on De Bruyne for Gameweek 27.

I did TC, and im happy enough.

No blank guaranteed. Anything on top is a bonus. That was the tough fixture of the two.

This attitude from city is frustrating.. This game they had to score 4+ goals and build a momentum before the game with Monaco next week, which is the real deal. Look what Barca did last evening to Celta to lift the spirits at Camp Nou for the miracle they had to make on Wed... Now I really hope Monaco to crash and burn this side :@

He gets 3 BPS for winning goal. It wouldn't shock me if FPL make him somehow equal with Sane for the 2. They tend to favour the high owned players if in doubt.

Kun is 4 points behind Sane so even with those 3 added he is still on 1 BP

No. Think about it, if Aguero doesn't score, for all we know it stays 0-0. Aguero scoring the first goal is the goal that won the game. If Sunderland had scored, then Sané's goal would have won the game.

I'm relatively happy with 21 points for Aguero.
Stoke at home was the easier fixture of the two. Hope he can get a goal and assist and that would be a good TC.
Just gutted I got Alli on the bench!!!
