White Hart Lane is our first port of call in a Sunday that is set to shape many of our Gameweeks.

As expected, Harry Kane leads the line for the hosts again after shrugging off a minor knock in time to entertain Everton. The Tottenham frontman has been handed the armband by 5.6% of Fantasy Premier League managers on the back of seven goals in his last three home outings.

Five double-figure hauls in seven in front of his own supporters suggests that Christian Eriksen will have a major say in the outcomes of today’s 1.30pm encounter, whilst Dele Alli was back in the goals after Mauricio Pochettino returned to a 3-4-2-1 set-up against Stoke last time out.

Perhaps surprisingly, Romelu Lukaku is also backed by 5.6% for Sunday’s early fixture despite failing to score in each of his last four road trips.

Up against a defence with a single goal against in their previous seven at the Lane, his prospects of points perhaps took a turn for the worse after both Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen recovered from knocks to take their place in an unchanged Spurs XI.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Wanted to get rid of Lukaku over Kane but thought I'd be sensible and keep Lukaku as he has a fixture next week. Seemed like sound logic but paying the price here 🙁

Right, I'm flipping this into a positive.
I sold Kane for llorente and they are equal (so far)
and I sold Lukaku for Aguero (TC).
Hopefully only 2 points for Lukaku plus the -4 means Aguero only need to score 2 points from 2 games for me to break even 🙂

I wrote close to a dozen comment explains the logic behind keeping Kane over Lukaku this week. He need to come back in 29 anyway, so bringing Lukaku back in 28 is the same thing. 1 out and back in. 2 transfers..

Not really, I've both and choose Kane because Lukaku has 28, this decision give me 11 at 28 with Kun -> Llorente. That enable me Rondon -> Kane at 29

Maddening. The number of people in my MLs who have kept Kane and overlooked Aguero is ridiculous. Or brought him in in the last couple of weeks. Neither make any sense, yet they are being rewarded

I don't have Kane. But completely disagree with this.

They deserve the points for owning Kane and showing faith.

That's silly. Just because I "keep faith" with a player doesn't mean they deserve points. I've kept the faith with Phillips, and I've been burned.

You deserve points for the players you have in your team. It's as simple as that.

I wasn't talking about longer term owners keeping him, that would be acceptable.

      Brought Kane in gw 12

It was difficult to see those 3 back to back blanks(gw 15-17) that too when he is your cap but got those big hauls and was my cap in 2 of those

Best transfer I've made this season! 🙂

Lukaku isn't quite top quality yet but he has to leave this Everton side in the summer

He needs to be fed and there is a severe lack of quality service up to him especially in away games
