Matt Phillips remains sidelined for West Brom’s trip to Everton, while Winston Reid and Jose Fonte are expected to be fit for West Ham’s visit to Bournemouth. Eddie Howe will make a late decision on Simon Francis but Kyle Naughton misses out for Swansea City’s clash against Hull City.

Tony Pulis revealed this morning that Matt Phillips has failed to recover from a hamstring injury in time to face Everton at Goodison Park tomorrow. The West Brom head coach also intimated, without naming names, that one or two players might be in need of a “little rest.”

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is available again for Everton’s home clash against West Bromwich Albion, but Muhamed Besic and Yannick Bolasie remain out for the Toffees.

A late decision is expected to be made on the fitness of Bournemouth captain Simon Francis, who has missed the Cherries’ last two matches due to a hamstring injury. Bournemouth will be without the suspended Tyrone Mings and Andrew Surman for the home fixture against West Ham United, while Junior Stanislas looks set to remain with a groin injury.

Winston Reid and Jose Fonte are expected to be available for West Ham United’s trip to Bournemouth, while Michail Antonio is back in contention after missing the 2-1 defeat to Chelsea due to suspension. Andy Carroll and Robert Snodgrass suffered cuts during Monday night’s 2-1 defeat to Chelsea, but they are set to be available.

Kyle Naughton has been ruled out for the trip to face Hull City, but Ki Sung-yeung and Jefferson Montero have returned to full training, and could be involved at the KCOM Stadium.

Roberto Firmino is a doubt for Liverpool’s clash with Burnley, with Jurgen Klopp confirming that the Brazilian is set to be assessed. Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge remain out for Sunday’s match.

There are also four FA Cup quarter-finals over the next three days, with Premier League sides Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United, Middlesbrough and Tottenham Hotspur all in action.

Danny Welbeck and Alex Iwobi are both doubts for Arsenal’s home tie against non-league Lincoln City due to illness, while Arsene Wenger revealed he hasn’t decided whether Mesut Ozil will be involved, with the German midfielder having only just recovered from a sickness bug himself.

Calum Chambers and Daniel Ayala will both miss tomorrow’s quarter-final against Manchester City, while George Friend is also expected to be sidelined due to a recurrence of a calf problem.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

    Foster
    Coleman - Baines - Brunt
    Mane - Firmino - Siggy - Phillips
    Lukaku - Llorente - Carroll

    Grant Eriksen Pieters Yoshida

    -4 taken, 6.5 ITB

    Phillips ruled out
    Firmino doubt

Phillips to Cout is definitely happening now.

    A) Firmino - > Tom Carroll -4
    B) Play Firmino and hope he plays even though I will be selling next week for -4 to Tom Carroll to fund Kane

So who scores more this gw:
    A) Tom Carroll
    B) Firmino

I just did a -16 point hit considering to field 10. Considering -20 to field 11.

Basically getting three man city players (gamble) last gameweek cost me these points.

Well any hits are only half the damage as a normal gameweek so you might as well go for it.

If one of the players you pick gets points, you will more then likely break even.

Captain choice is crucial this week as well.

Yeah ,if your getting rid of players that are not playing and assuming the players you get in are likely to get at least 2 points.

    Lineup for this week

    Foster
    Coleman/Smith/Brunt/Amat
    Mane/Siggy/King
    Lukaku/Llorente

    Grant/Sanchez/Holgate/Aguero/Phillips

1 FT .2 in the bank

Don't see anyone worth using a move to upgrade Phillips to(Snodgrass maybe) or upgrading Amat/Holgate to for one week so just going to hang onto the transfer and have 2 for next week(Definitely going Kun > Kane) unless anyone has any better suggestions. Feel good with 9 guys playing

Injuries have just ruined this FPL season. Pool will be so slow w/o Firm; was looking forward to a 5-1 with triple pool mids, now gonna be a 1-0 Wiji goal or something

Agree. Even though I don't own Bobby I'll be gutted if he misses out. Origi is a decent replacement but Liverpool are so much more threatening with CFM as the front three.

If I do a -12 to remove some fixture-less deadwood, is it really only a -6?

Should we take more hits this week because there is a bit of a free pass on hits.

Sale now on! 50% off all hits.

      Offers ends 2pm, March 11th.

      🙂

Could be a -3 with conceded goals and yellows

Yeah, could be, but a +2 is the default, rule of thumb score.

only if you are keeping them long term. Yes its 50% this week but if you are removing then its another hit. Also if this is a low scoring week, with all these big hits around they'll be some huge drops in rank

I'm looking at Olsson and Antonio, players with good fixtures beyond 28.

There's a rationalisation for sure. As Jarvish says you are giving 4 to your rivals. Thing is, on a wider scale I think most will field 7 or 8 so there's a bit of a chance to make headway, maybe.

Good advice, thanks, Netley. Have you got no reservations about doing a minus 12 this week?

None whatsoever, I will hit 29 very hard and hopefully make a little profit out of this week.

no, because those you bring in might not start, might get booked, sent off or score an own goal.

        -12 is always a -12.

it's about risk management. Every week some or all of these things happen, so you've got to consider it a possibility.

      Hey guys!

      Jakupovic
      BRUNT BAINES Amat
      Phillips SNODGRASS COUTINHO MANE
      LUKAKU NIASSE CARROLL

      FOSTER - Eriksen - Holebas - Amat

Already took a -8 to bring in Coutinho, Lukaku and Carroll.

Do I take a total -16 to get 11 starting this week (As Amat is deadwood, and Phillips injured and falling in price) ... ?

Or is it better to wildcard this team and prepare for the Dgws with early planning and some hits... ?

      Thanks for any feedback

Perhaps one of Phillips/Amat out but would leave it at that.

Stop taking hits. Team is fine, save WC until at least when DGWs are confirmed.

Only think missing this week is a GK for me
Considering Grant to Jaku to pair with Pickford
        Worth a -2?
Would give SWA BUR WHM MID before I WC
