Leicester City’s decision to part company with Claudio Ranieri back in late February came in for some harsh criticism at the time yet the impact under Craig Shakespeare has forced a sharp reassessment of the Foxes’ potential.

Four straight wins in all competitions, scoring three times in their trio of Premier League matches since the Italian left the King Power Stadium, bodes well ahead of back-to-back home encounters with Stoke and Sunderland and a trip to Crystal Palace in the next four rounds of fixtures.

With that in mind, we take a look at the Foxes’ displays since Ranieri was relieved of his duties as Fantasy Premier League managers consider a short-term move for their in-form assets.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

I like your optimism, I'm keeping hold of Coutinho for 2 more, if he fails to produce at home to Bournemouth he is gone. Sounds as though he should have had a couple of assists in that Brazil match too.

Yep, can't see it being a cagey affair, i imagine there will be goals for sure and some end to end action would be great, if Everton weren't struggling with injuries i would be more tempted to give Lukaku the arm band but not sure how the absence of Coleman in particular may disrupt the team's momentum.

With so many games on the horizon for united, and mourinho's comments after the last game about protecting valencia and others, is valencia really such a good pick? I've been considering him but figure that a rest against wb seems pretty likely after his international appearances.

I saw someone make a good point earlier that if he is rested against WB he will be fresh (a little at least) going forward and with 2 DGW's to come, still a good move IMO, i got him in last night when the match concluded, if he fails to play, Brunt is there for my FPL team warming the bench. Can't see him being rested though as the defence is already suffering through injury.

He will play the most minutes for United in the PL(Ibra, Pogba, DDG might get more) in April.

So it comes down to this for this gw...
    A. Is Baines to Valencia worth -4?
    B. Is Kun to Vardy worth -4 for the next 4gw?

Damn...Coleman looks likely to drop tonight.

I really wanted to wait until tomorrow to hear pressers about Borough defenders.

Is Fabio likely to play the next few games?

I've sat it out this 2 week IB almost, I'm gonna stay strong and hope Coleman doesn't drop.
So much more info needed before committing. Presses should be interesting.

I would avoid, as unfortunately it seems like such a short-sighted transfer..... Would be a great choice if he could hold down a spot long term though!

Anyone know how well Big Sam does against Arsenal at home? I know he got a 0-0 draw against Arsenal with Sunderland last season

Not sure if it has come up yet, but with Coleman and now FMori out, if Everton move to a back 3 (Holgate, Williams, Jagielka) that would mean Baines playing further forward as a wingback... Could be interesting!!

Or can Holgate play as a RB in a back 4?

Would you AOA with this lot. If not who would you bench?

    Heaton Foster
    Alonso Holebas Baines Lovren Brunt
    King Siggy Mane Courtinho Sanchez
    Llorente Denney Lukaku

I'm thinking of starting Holebas over Baines. If he doesn't play then Baines will come in anyway.

Is McAuley worth playing this week? Admittedly their away form is shocking but United have about 2 first team players fit.

Some would say being w/o Smalling & PJones is no bad thing from a defensive perspective lol

Rojo and Bailly >>>> Jones and Smalling
United might be more likely to get a CS given that the goals they've conceding lately have been directly because of Jones or Smalling

Bringing Vert over Walker is resonbale to save some funds long term or Walker output is worth more money ?

    1. WE GO FOR IT
      • 10 Years

Depends who you are getting with those funds. Walker will easily outscore Vert. You need the man you get in with the extra money to cover that gap.

Had my one on Defoe in 343 instead of Tadic in 352 but might bring Walker anyway

I prefer Tadic over Defoe. Sunderland need to show some fight to consider Defoe.
