Manolo Gabbiadini is sidelined for Southampton’s home clash against Bournemouth. Michail Antonio is ruled out of West Ham United’s trip to Hull City, while Salomon Rondon and Nacer Chadli will be assessed ahead of West Bromwich Albion’s match at Manchester United.

Southampton will be without Manolo Gabbiadini for the home clash against Bournemouth, with the Italian international sidelined due to a groin injury. Claude Puel also revealed that Maya Yoshida will be assessed after a long-haul flight back from Japan, while there is bad news on Virgil van Dijk, with the defender unlikely to return this season.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has revealed that Ryan Fraser is “touch and go” for the trip to Southampton due to a hamstring issue. The winger has trained this week, though.

Arsenal will be without Petr Cech and Lucas Perez for the home encounter against Manchester City. Cech, who is also set to miss the West Ham United match on Wednesday, is out with a calf injury, while Perez is sidelined due to a thigh problem. Mesut Ozil featured for Germany over the international break and is set to come into contention for a recall.

Slaven Bilic is without Winston Reid, Michail Antonio and Pedro Obiang for the trip to the KCOM Stadium. Antonio’s hamstring injury isn’t as bad as first feared, though, and he could be fit for Wednesday night’s match against Arsenal. Mark Noble is back in training and available for the Hammers.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ander Herrera are both still suspended ahead of Manchester United’s home clash with West Bromwich Albion, while Paul Pogba, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling are expected to be ruled out.

Salomon Rondon and Nacer Chadli both need to be assessed ahead of West Bromwich Albion’s trip to Old Trafford. Rondon is only returning to the club today following a long-haul flight from South America, while Chadli picked up a shoulder injury while away on international duty with Belgium. Matt Phillips is expected to miss out once again due to a hamstring injury.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche revealed that Johann Berg Gudmundsson isn’t quite ready to return from a knee injury, with the Iceland international set to start training at the start of next week.

Vincent Janssen will be assessed ahead of Spurs’ trip to Turf Moor, having been struck down with a chest infection over the international break.

Swansea City head coach Paul Clement will have Martin Olsson and Kyle Naughton available again for the home clash against Middlesbrough, with the pair recovering from hamstring and ankle injuries respectively.

Xherdan Shaqiri is set to miss out for Stoke City ahead of the trip to Leicester City. The Swiss international has had a setback with his calf tissue, after representing his country during the international break.

Sunderland manager David Moyes was able to deliver good news on Lamine Kone and John O’Shea ahead of the trip to Watford. Kone missed the goalless draw against Burnley with a twisted knee, but has returned to training this week, and is set to start. O’Shea, meanwhile, is expected to be available after suffering a shin injury while on international duty. Lee Cattermole and Victor Anichebe are closing in on first-team returns, but the trip to Vicarage Road is likely to come too soon for the pair. Bryan Oviedo and Sebastian Larsson have returned from international duty with no issues.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

Both capable of save points but Watford are good at home and Spurs good home and away.

I still think Hazard and/or Costa could be saved for the big game midweek given the doubts around their fitness. Or maybe on the bench in case they're needed.

This. Was a bit worried about Costa but that uncertainty means I'm less worried about not owning now - could see a rare Batshuayi start if they're resting for midweek.

Hopefully we won't see Ake start instead of Alonso!

So based on Conte's comments does this mean one of Hazard or Costa will be rested ?
Or both starting and drawn out early as a precaution for the midweek match ?
Or since this is an easier match they better finish it off, get the 3 points and care about the midweek match later ?

He just said that he has 2 or 3 situation to look at which includes Costa. He also said that he is confident that Hazard will play against Palace.

Merseyside derbies have been pretty light on goals lately. I know Lukaku has been phenomenal lately, but he is much worse when visiting and he is bound to stop scoring sometime.

    Many
    Valencia Luiz Baines
    Mane Sanchez Alli King
    Llorente Carroll Lukaku

Subs Cech McAuley Stones De Roon

    Already done Coleman > Valencia

Should I do Carroll > Vardy for a -4? Have exact funds to do this today.

Also is Sanchez most consistent captain choice in my team this week?

    RMWC:

    Pickford, Valdes
    Alonso, Valencia, Bertrand, Davies, ***
    Pedro, ***, Siggy, Sanchez, Tadic
    Lukaku, Vardy, Gestede

With enough money in the bank to do Vardy > Ibra in GW34

So my choices in the two gaps:

    - Fabio + Eriksen
    - Holegate + Ali

This looks alright overall - I don't know about Gestede though, I'd probably take Barnes as my cheap 3rd forward. I also think Pedro's high water mark is behind him now.

And I'd probably take Fabio & Eriksen over Holgate & Alli, especially with their double to come.

Gestede as I have a feeling Middlesbrough will start playing 4-4-2 and if they do then that double in 34..

I disagree about Pedro, loves a home game and gets points away!

I would have one of Hazard or Costa on a WC.
Too much money in defence for my liking.

Those doing Aguero to Vardy (-4). Although it's a gamble (With very sensible arguments).

I'm guessing you're doing it in part as a gamble then also to raise some funds? For me it's a bit of a gamble but allows me to get Sanchez next week.
