After Spurs breezed past Newcastle at St James’ Park, Manchester United entertain West Ham United in the final match of Gameweek 1.

The Red Devils’ summer signing Romelu Lukaku is heavily backed for this one, having scored in nine of his last 10 appearances against the Hammers in all competitions for Everton.

The most captained player (28%) in the Gameweek, he was also number one contender in our Captain Poll, earning 38% of the votes.

While Harry Kane proved a bitter disappointment with a one-point return against the Magpies, Lukaku’s response will be eagerly anticipated after a host of premium strikers hit the net over the last two days.

With the likes of Alexandre Lacazette, Sergio Aguero, Alvaro Morata, Roberto Firmino and Jamie Vardy all impressing, there’s no shortage of in-form big-hitters for out three-man frontlines right now.

Three goals and as many assists over pre-season suggests that Henrikh Mkhitaryan could stake a claim for midfield consideration, though the Armenian has been mainly overlooked – he’s owned by 7% to team-mate Paul Pogba’s 21%.

For the Hammers, a big display from former United man Javier Hernandez could have an impact on the overall standings –sitting in 21% of squads, he’s the fourth most popular forward in the game.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Poch could easily play Dier at RB and bring Wanyama back in. He is far from nailed and against Chelsea next week, the above is what i see happening.

I don't think so. I think Shitssoko will be dropped and Spurs will return to a 3-4-2-1, with Walker-Peters still in the side, and Dier dropped down to CB to make way for Wanyama

Poch seems to trust Walker-Peters, and he said after the game that his remarks last weekend about him not being ready yet were a bluff to keep the pressure off

I agree with Sisokho being replaced by Wanyama but its a toss up between Son starting in a 4-2-3-1 and Walker Peters staying in a 3-4-2-1. I wouldnt bring him into my team, thats for certain.

he played pretty well so no reason to drop Dier back in his place. When Trippier is back I guess new boy will go back on the bench

Yet they didn't allow a goal. For a young defender that's all you can really ask for: be solid, and don't make mistakes.

Cheers! The FFS pre season look at 5.0 defenders described him as a 'periphery figure' so bit confused

    I need to decide :

1 fab to Ritchie/Ramsey/Atsu for free
2 fab and Zaha to Mkhi and Atsu/Ritchie for -4
3 fab and pva to Mkhi and hegazi/Lowe for -4

Isn't fab only out for 1 game? I'd probably just hold for now

      yeah do it.

      Then shift Lukaku to Vardy.

      Then shift Mounie to Lukaku

If you don't have Lukaku. Deal with that.
