Michail Antonio is available for West Ham’s trip to Southampton. Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge is expected to be fit for the home clash against Crystal Palace but West Bromwich Albion’s Jonny Evans is a major doubt for an away day at Burnley.

Swansea City head coach Paul Clement has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the home encounter with Manchester United, though forward Fernando Llorente remains out as he continues to build up his fitness levels after breaking his arm.

Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe revealed that Jermain Defoe is in contention to start against Watford, after the forward came off the bench in the 1-0 defeat to West Bromwich Albion. A late decision will be made on Simon Francis (hamstring).

Daryl Janmaat, Younes Kaboul and Roberto Pereyra will all miss the trip to Bournemouth after suffering low-grade muscle injuries in the 3-3 draw with Liverpool. Troy Deeney has returned to full training following a groin injury though, while Christian Kabasele (hamstring) and Brice Dja Djédjé (fractured finger) resumed training in the middle of the week and may be available.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the home meeting with West Bromwich Albion.

Jonny Evans (hamstring) looks set to miss West Brom’s trip to Turf Moor, while Gareth McAuley (thigh) and James Morrison (knee) remain sidelined.

Brighton & Hove Albion boss Chris Hughton will be without Izzy Brown for the trip to Leicester City, after the midfielder suffered a hamstring injury during the 2-0 defeat to Manchester City.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp revealed that Daniel Sturridge is expected to be fit for the visit of Crystal Palace to Anfield, but Philippe Coutinho and Nathaniel Clyne both remain out due to back injuries.

Mauricio Pellegrino has a fully fit squad to choose from for Southampton’s home clash against West Ham United, with Ryan Bertrand recovering from a minor knock picked up during the goalless draw with Swansea City.

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic will have Michail Antonio available for the trip to Southampton following a hamstring problem, but Manuel Lanzini (knee) will return to training on Monday.

Mark Hughes has confirmed that new signings Bruno Martins Indi, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Jese Rodriguez will all feature in the matchday squad at home to Arsenal.

Arsene Wenger welcomes back Per Mertesacker for the trip to Stoke following a facial injury, while the Arsenal boss also revealed that Shkodran Mustafi and Francis Coquelin will be in the squad. Tomorrow’s match is expected to come too soon for Alexis Sanchez (abdominal injury), though.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman revealed club-record signing Gylfi Sigurdsson will undergo tests over the weekend to assess whether he is ready to feature in Monday night’s trip to Manchester City. Sandro Ramirez (heel injury) is a slight doubt after missing last night’s 2-0 win over Hadjuk Split.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of this evening’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

snodders told he can leave West Ham, thats pretty harsh. they expected him to immediately fit into a new system in
a struggling team mid season (and Id dare say he'd put in more of a shift than most of the hammers players did at old trafford).

    Bilic gone by xmas.

The more West Ham keep on failing the more I think it must be Bilic's fault

Agreed, I think Bilic has lost something he had in that first season.

Maybe it's the dressing room and players don't respect him, I see why though, in his first season his press conferences were bang on and always positive.

Now he seems worlds away from that manager, setting up negatively saying "oh its united we'll lose anyways", previously it would be "We had a plan, United were the better team"..

I don't know, something fishy but also think we need some stability, give him 5-6 games with the same starting XI and actually have a first XI and we'll do better. I couldn't name our team from one week to the next at the moment.

I feel a lot of times there is no rhyme or reason to any of his signings, its just throw them in and hope for the best. theres no no structure or definitive style to their play.also beggars belief that they are willing to keep andy caroll on the books when he's fit for about a fifth of a season

He didn't put in any form of shift, was lazy and pretty useless.

I think he was a good signing at the wrong time, we've got too many forwards (I use the term forwards like Liverpool would, Mane, Salah etc. but crap).

I really rated him before he came to us but unfortunately hasn't looked interested at all.

lazy, not interested? you bought Arnie!, a player who is the very embodiment of disinterested until he decides-intermitantly- "oh yeah im actually a pretty skillfull footballer, id better do what it is im paid to do" and will turn it on for 90mins one week, then go back offline for the next three

The team is mercurial. Can beat anyone one week and not show up another. There's something not right there and a lack of motivation seems to be at the root of it, which is odd because I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of SB.

        Lukaku certainly.

I don't think you need to take a risk on a player with a small change of not starting gw 2, and ignore one playing against relegation fodder after he scored twice on his debut

If it was a normal week and we knew Mane was set for 90 minutes I'd be seriously considering B, however that brings in an extra element of risk that I'm not happy with, hence Kaku.

    Can go

    DDG
    Mee-Hegazi-Stephens-Bavies (in for Zaha)
    KDB-Salah-JWP
    Lukaku-Jesus-Firmino

    Bench: Eliot-Dummett-T Carroll - Zaha

    1. Take the .1 Zaha price drop, roll the FT and have a mini WC for -4 next week if needs be.
Particularly want to look at the double Man City and lack of Spurs cover after this weeks' games. And have more inro on budget mids after a 2nd game

    2. Bring in someone for Zaha who i am not certain will outscore my defenders this GW anyway. (just to protect the price drop)

Silva? As in david- isn't he much more expensive?

        I'd opt for Ramsey

Already have KDB and I'd have to take a hit to bring Silva in as I have 0.0 in the bank.

David Silva looks more promising plus he wil fee up 2.5m for you. depends if you want to take a hit or a free hit for the week.

Draft league now been updating for an hour. I'm waiting to swoop in and mop up free agents. Anyone know how to be notified when it's updated? Pressing F5 continuously doesn't count.

81, so decent start. Time to talk about ZAHA.

    DDG
    Stephens Davies Ake
    Willian KDB ZAHA Atsu
    Firminho Lukaku Kane

    A. Zaha > Mooy / Ritchie / Other for free (nothing really inspiring me)

    B. Zaha/Willian > Miki/ 6.4m

    C. Zaha/KDB > Salah/Miki

I want to do C, but think culling KDB already is crazy. A would give me some flex to do Willian > Miki next week

    CONFUSED!!!

B, Miki and Ince, or A to do Zaha to Ince.

I wonder how could you be so confident that his price would not drop until now.

I would keep Willian but also get Mkhi.

I'd say Henderson - he was taken off early and his injury problems have perhaps rendered him more of a risk. I also think that Moreno is a risk though - the wing backs and wide men of Palace will pressure the full back areas

Zaha being unavailable is a big plus for both Liverpool and Moreno

    "Waivers

The waivers process ensures that eveyone gets a fair chance to add unselected players to their squad.
    .
    .
    .
The lowest ranked team will get first waiver choice. "

These two sentences are not consistent. I happened to have a blinder GW1 meaning I'm 20 points clear, I might as well not bother looking at the unsigned player pool, my waivers are never going to go through. They really messed up with this rule it makes the game so uninteresting if you're doing well

Only first round, I think, then the snake pick starts again. There's naff all in there anyway. You'll be better off in a few weeks.

Depends how active your league is. I managed to get in Davies and Ramsey on the ww. Also right now the waiver deadline has passed and the free agent signings is active. You can sign any available FA to your team immediately. You should log in and have a look to see who is available.

I wouldn't mind if the free agency included the recently ditched players

You might be surprised at what goes through and it gives those not doing so well a chance. If you are in a league with 6, there are plenty of options available anyway.

      I'm also leading btw.

I got Son, Davies, and Ince in, so am really happy. Someone let go of Son for some reason (And I'm holding Hazard and Sig so needed to pick up a couple after I was left with 8 starters last week)
