Our usual post-Gameweek members’ article is up next as we check in on some of the standout performers across the previous weekend’s ten matches.

There’s cause for optimism in north London after Spurs and Arsenal hit a combined nine goals, while our new expected goals data offers plenty to ponder at Manchester City.

Elsewhere, Man United and Chelsea’s Belgian big-hitters have struggled to convince as Watford’s Samba star continues to catch the eye.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Salah Hazard Silva Richarlison Carroll

    Lukaku Kane Abraham

    When Pogba is back:
    A) Silva > Pogba then Lukaku > Aguero after week 14
    B) Hazard > Pogba then Lukaku > Morata week 14 and take the extra cash

A lot of people talking about needing a Liverpool mid due to upcoming fixtures. I dont see it. Yes, youll be a little nervous this gw but their only other home games in the next 6 are Southampton (who they always seen to struggle to score against) and Chelsea. Personally im happy going without

This is as my 5th defender in a 433 in place of mbemba, for a hit ... Sounds nuts but I've done all the numbers and it actually looks like a decent plant. Mee safer but Liverpool fixtures are tempting

            1. Those fixtures fit like a glove, in my team. 🙂

I am also replacing Mbemba, for a hit. I have 2 FT this week. 🙂

Could pay off. Mee is a sure starter for a solid defence, though. So if it’s for the season it’s gotta be Mee.

My team has only conceded once at home all season. My upcoming fixture run includes 3 home fixtures in the next 4. I'm second highest for baseline BAPs amongst defenders and chances created in the last 4. I'm top amongst defenders for crosses and successful crosses in the last 4. I'm owned by 2.6% of managers and cost 4.5. Who am I?

Posted by Over Midwicket this morning. Answer is Moreno btw 😉

Getting a bit stuck with eildcard draft, need some input on this current 4-4-2 draft :

    Pope - Elliott
    Trippier - Jones - Otamendi - Lejeune - Dunk
    Eriksen - Salah - Sterling - Richarlison
    Kane - Agüero - Ayew

    How's she looking?
Options to upgrade Ayew to big hitter (Morata?) and play 3-4-3 or 4-3-3 would be be to downgrade one of Eriksen or Salah to Groß or Atsu and Trippier to 4.5. Agüero to Jesus also a possibility

    1. I don't think that your midfield is good enough.

Ryan rotates better with Elliot, as you know, and Heaton has already been out for along time. You might be lucky with Lejeune, but I prefer Lascelles.

      1. Pompel
        • 11 Years
        8 years, 1 month ago

I was kinfd of happy with that midfield - let me guess , you'd like Couthino over Salah, and not sold on Rich? Carroll or other 4.5 is 5th mid btw.
Ryan an option, have seen you mention him yes 😉
        No money left for Lascelles

        1. Correct! 🙂

                Eriksen(c), Coutinho, Silva(vc), Sterling, Ramsey

    team right now
    elliot
    ward stones yoshida femenia
    silva salah richarlison
    kane kun morata
    sub: foster dunk surman carroll

    any changes needed?
I don't have any united cover. i thought with the free transfers every week, i can rotate between kun, lukaku and morata.

With this team, i'll be stuck on 4-3-3 formation for the most GWs.

Are Cedric and Daniels ever going to fall? Have both been -96-98% for the last 3 weeks...

Can't stretch to Richarlison from Ritchie?

Seems logical to me. The upside of Richarlison from Ritchie is worth more than a few baps for Ward over Mee.

Also I prefer Duffy to Simpson.

    Right,

Kaku and Bavies to Morata and Azpi/Luiz?

Which one? Luiz gives money ITB to get Kaku back at some point, but Azpi gets points and may be RWB

Don’t spend those kind of funds for a Chelsea defender as long as Kante is out.

Quick question - How does price increase for players work. ie I bought Kane for 12.5m and he is know worth 12.7m....if i were to sell him now wouldn't i pocket 12.7m?? For some reason it just shows i get the 12.5 back!

You get 12.6 back.. half of whatever he rose in price

I suspect many are in the same boat but is bringing in Aguero for Jesus just a 50:50 guess or is there more scientific approach to the decision?

People try to justify it to themselves when we know Pepe doesn't play by any rules.

I'm in the both camp. Saves the headache but on the flipside its one less striker from the other teams.
