The only problem is having to rotate Surman and Ayew (or a defender). I would downgrade somewhere in order to upgrade Surman and play a stronger 3-5-2. e.g. there's no need for such an expensive reserve keeper. But no, I wouldn't wildcard, nothing 2-3 moves can't fix.
