I currently have Alonso Otamendi and as of late Cresswell (No United cover)....My brother has no Alonso or Otamendi due to lack of funds....however my Otamendi pick keeps getting somewhat offset by his Jones pick...and I think he will probably pick up Stones now as well if he has any sense.
So...for me...
Otamendi and Cresswell > Jones and Stones.....Gives me Alonso vs whoever else he can try and find to match him...

Otamendi has superior stats. But by my calculations Otamendi and Stones have a moreorless exact points/£ when they line up alongside each other.
If swapping out one for the other enables really significant gains elsewhere then go for it, just be aware that based on past performances Stones will pick up .5 to 1 point fewer each game
