Our post-Gameweek members’ article brings a host of midfielders under analysis as we check out some of the standout statistics from the previous round of fixtures.

Chelsea and Man United’s wide men catch the eye, as does a Potters’ playmaker under new manager Paul Lambert, while we also assess some improved performances up front, with Arsenal’s summer signing now profiting from an upturn in pitch-time.

Regarding GW28 if Chelsea progress tonight it's worth bearing in mind

United vs Chelsea and Arsenal vs City were both earmarked for airing on Sky. That means United vs Chelsea cannot be rearranged to the same time as Arsenal vs City.
That leaves Wednesday 28th Feb (unlikely to play 3 days after a Wembley final) and Thursday at 1800 also quite unlikely

    1. Rainer

Chelsea wont play at all in GW28 if they go through tonight.

Eight games, odds on at least one draw are very slim. They'd be forced to move it at very short notice if any of those eight games are drawn.

First off it would clash with FA Cup replays on BBC / BT Sport.
It could happen but it seems a short turnaround from playing a Wembley final, potential 120 minutes, playing a pivotal league game 3 day later.
I think the Thursday works this year because Arsenal and City don't play on Saturday in GW29 and no replays to clash with. Neither do Chelsea or United mind, but Thursday slot is already taken

As always depends on your definition of world class.

In simple terms however, Messi and Ronaldo are world class.

Hazard is in the bracket below them, with the likes of KdB, Sanchez, Neymar, Bale, etc.

Wenger said afterwards it was more precautionary - i.e. he felt something and didn't want to exacerbate it. If it was a 'proper' injury he couldn't have recovered so quickly. I guess we should wait until we hear news on the extent of Willian's injury, although I wasn't considering him to begin with.
