Brighton and Hove Albion entertain Manchester United in the late-afternoon match, with Alexis Sanchez‘s (£10.5m) omission from Jose Mourinho’s match-day squad the headline news.

The United boss confirmed the Chilean midfielder, the ninth-most captained player of Gameweek 2, misses the trip to Brighton through injury.

Romelu Lukaku (£11.0m) gets his first league start of the season, as do Ashley Young (£6.0m) and Anthony Martial (£7.4m). Matteo Darmian (£5.0m) and Marcus Rashford (£7.0m) make way.

Paul Pogba (£8.1m), the fifth-most bought player of Gameweek 2, captains United once more.

The Seagulls’ only two changes from the side that lost to Watford are in the full-back department: Bernardo and the injured Bruno being replaced by Gaetan Bong and debutant Martin Montoya (all £4.5m).

That Dale Stephens (£4.5m) is the most-owned Brighton player in FPL, sitting in 10% of squads, says much about the Fantasy community’s faith in the Seagulls this afternoon. Stephens is also the fifth-most benched player of Gameweek 2: over 84% of his owners have opted against playing the budget midfielder.

Brighton XI: Ryan, Montoya, Dunk, Duffy, Bong, Propper, Stephens, Gross, March, Knockaert, Murray

Manchester United XI: De Gea, Young, Bailly, Lindelof; Shaw, Pereira, Fred, Pogba, Martial, Mata, Lukaku

I really like my team for gw3:

    Ederson
    Shaw - Robertson - Tarkowski
    Hazard - Mane - Pogba - B. Silva
    Aguero - Firmino - Kamara

    Foster - Daniels - Wan-Bissaka - Stephens

    0,5 in bank

Hopefully Kamara will start. I guess I'll upgrade Stephens to Kante or Hughes for gw4.

Paying member again. Season ticker and comparison tool are to good. To my defence, i have been broke.
First players in comparison, Richarlison vs. Maddison.

Yes. Goal vs goal, is a given. Just Nice to see how they do overall. Maby both in the team? Richarlison, Mane, Salah, Maddison.

Already brought in Pedro before the Sanchez migraine emerged... Should I bring in Haz for chelsea double up? Would be for a -4

    Fab / Foster
    Robbo / Mendy / Cook / WB / Peltier
    Salah / SANCHEZ / B Silva / Pedro / Rich
    Aguero / Zaha / Kamara

Any ideas? If Sanchez isn't dropping tonight I'll just wait to see if Mane tears it up tomorrow and then just do that.

I need to use my mini-wc, 4 transfers. -8 hit
    3-5-2.

What do yu guys think? Notes appreciated!!

    a) Davies>PVA
    b) Bilva>Mkhitaryan
    c) Cairney>Kante
    d) King>Zaha

    Reasoning:
    a) mufc+lfc in the next three games. Palace=good fixtures+PVA god. Planning on getting trippier/davies after the next 3 games.
    b) i'm not 100% confident bilva will start. micky played well, should have had one more goal vs chelsea + nice fixture. I have kun+mendy
    c) Chelsea got some really nice fixtures, and I like the new attacking Kante
    d) Palace got some nice fixtures, and Zaha seems to be the main man

    Good moves for free?

    Team is:
    Patricio (Hamer)
Robertson Luiz Mendy (Tomkins) (Wan B)
    Salah Mane Richarlison Bernardo (Kenedy)
    Gray Aguero Arnautovic

Made a mistake on Aguero C because of the rumors but happy with the team 43 points with Salah (C), Mane, Robertson and Zaha left.

Team for GW3 with 1 transfer roll:

    Foster
    Mendy - Robertson - Alonso - WBissaka
    Mane - Sala (C) - Richarlidson
    Aguero - King - Zaha

Subs: Fabianski - Peltier - Stephens - Jota

Pretty gutted with the team - 28 with salah(c), mane, robertson, zaha to go. Tried to be clever going sterling(c) and not getting Aguero but such is this game. Any suggestions what to do here? Considering holding my transfer (used one last week so dont have 2ft)

    hart
    robertson - mendy - awb
    salah(c) - mane - sterling - richarlison
    king - zaha - tosun

    fabianski - keane - shaw - gunnarson

is it wise to go king to zaha tonight before king falls in price or just hold fire. I have exact funds and if king drops I'll be priced out. Also have ddg and shaw but still not keen on ditching them.

I’ll be holding for now. If you absolutely have to act now to avoid price changes though, and Zaha is the player you’re dead set on, it’s not a bad shout. Early transfer disclaimer aside.

      I’m on my WC.
      Have a few options.

      Ederson / Hamer
      Mendy,Alonso,Robertson,________, W-Bisakka
      Salah,Mkhitaryan,Richarlison,_______,________
      Aguero,Ings_________

      1. 4-4-2 PVA,Hazard,4.5,Kamara
      2. 3-4-3 Cook,Pedro,4.5,Firmino
      3. 3-5-2 Cook,Hazard,Fraser,Kamara
      4. 3-5-2 /4-4-2 Cook,Fraser,Kante,Aubameyang ( Kamara in place of Ings)

Long way off, but man city fixtures from gw8 - 12 are pretty tough. Makes wildcard timing interesting:
