With no Premier League action this weekend, all eyes will surely be focused on Parmiter’s School, Watford, WD25 0UU this afternoon as members of the Fantasy Football Scout community and their guests come together to participate in the second FFScout Charity Cup, taking football offline and onto the grass (or rather, 3G) in aid of a very worthy cause.

Last February, we raised over £1,000 towards the Melanoma Research Foundation. This time, we will be raising money for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) which works to prevent male suicide (the biggest killer of under 45-year-old men in the UK).

If you would like to donate, please follow this link to our Just Giving page.

Despite around a dozen withdrawals in the build-up to the big event (with players no doubt fit for league action next weekend!), we are still expecting over 40 players for a light-hearted, mixed-level mini-tournament followed by drinks at the local inn.

Further details can be found at the Just Giving link above and late players or spectators are very welcome, as are contributions towards CALM’s work. For those who can’t make it, we will try to post updates on this page throughout the day.

A round-up of last February’s event can be found at this link, which includes a slideshow and videos produced by our very own TopMarx and Rupert the Horse.

CALM’s helpline – 0800 58 58 58 – and webchat are open daily 5pm-midnight. It’s free, anonymous and confidential.

For more information about CALM and the impact that your donation will have, please read here.

CALM is a charity registered in England and Wales (1110621) and in Scotland (SC044347)

Depends on the position you're filling. I rate Fabs as an awesome GK pick, but the difference between Balb and Schindy is closer. Personally I'm looking at drafting in Fabs and Schindy or Kiko 'if' I play my WC this wk

A lot of us on WC are attempting to accomodate this 5 man midfield but it just doesnt feel right. I think 4 defenders a must also.

That 5 man midfield will result in the odd player being benched now and again which to me is a waste of funds.

I prefer to downgradre martial to paterson or bench fodder, upgrade success to Jiminez or Ings or possibly Rondon for a punt and upgrade defence possibly digne to laporte.

If ypu prefer digne then a 2nd goalie to cover fab an option also. We will all differ a little in our opinions. Go with your gut. You have a week to settle on the team.

NNB: With that in mind get in any player likely to rise for a player not likely to rise whether you need them or not. You can revert to your WC team on the eve or morning of the deadline without having missed any of the price risers should you decide on one of those.

Are you making the move at that time? Although I prefer A I'm thinking KDB could be a major differential. Could pay off big time.

In the next few game weeks. Aubameyang looks to rotate well with Sterling as a captain pick for the long term and KdB would be a great differential with a Man City triple up.

If they are both out it makes sense. At minimum it should break even (2×2 90 minutes), if one gets an attacking return or clean sheet then it's profit.

I am looking to bring him in as my 3ed defender instead of Mendy. He has some nice home fixtures short-term and some okay fixtures long term. Having a 4th and 5th defender to rotate him with looks like a good way to go. I have Duffy and Bennet to cover Digne's harder fixtures.
