A vacuum has been left in the forwards department by Harry Kane’s (£12.6m) recent injury – and those on the Wildcard this week have the opportunity to fill it with some decent options.

In this article we assess each striker by their goal threat, creativity and fixtures to find the best trio for the season run-in.

As we’ve used members data for this, only Fantasy Football Scout members can view our analysis.

Which forwards have the best goal threat?

JWP home form is good, but both games are away in 35, what do you think? I im planning to use the money later, just not sure JWP+transfer later is better than Hojbjerg

Overall JWP safer I think. Hojboj likes a shot and sometimes they go in - a couple of those happen to have been recent.

      1. ㅤRising
        • 7 Years
        6 years, 11 months ago

From what Ive seen in the away matches they pretty much play on the same position, in home games JWP is further forward

    3. JurgenRocks
      • 11 Years
      6 years, 11 months ago

JWP is more creative. I've had Hojberg for most of the season as my cheap midfielder and he scored on my free hit week, but hardly ever in my team.

      1. ㅤRising
        • 7 Years
        6 years, 11 months ago

JWP seems more creative and on set pieces, but he is the most overachiever in XG and Hojbjerg even has higher XA that the set piece taker JWP, + both games are away, JWP is significantly better at home.

  15. Rains of Castamere

Would appreciate a quick show of hands... who should I start?

    A) JWP (352)
    B) King (343)

King has only scored in one away game all season but is a striker on pens. JWP home form is brilliant but has probably lost pens to Ings.

People are going against the Arsenal defence but the Leno and Ryan rotation gives:
    Ryan - DGW
    Both - DGW
    Ryan - NEW
    Leno - BHA
    Leno - bur

    Surely this is attractive?

Only one single GW away fixture for Leno so all the talk about away form is redundant.

For most of us, our WC teams will be coming together nicely; but up until the deadline we're likely to have a few spots that we can't decide on.

What are those spots for you? Can you not decide on your 5th midfielder? 3rd striker? Or are there more fundamental changes to heavy hitters you're weight up?

What do you still need to decide on for your GW34 WC?

Kane to Laca allows Ryan to Lloris, Valery to Doherty and JWP to Jota.

Kane to Kun only allows one of those upgrades.

Can't deciide which is the best option, and if I go with Kun which upgrade to make!

Salah/Jota/Boly vs Mane/KDB/Jonny is my last conundrum

      Pick one from each:

      1) KDB
      2) Raheem

      A) Mane
      B) Salah

      Y) Dunk (have Duffy)
      Z) Valery (have Duffy)

      Sterling v KDB
      (Hojboj v Jota
      Bennett v Coady
      Bednarek v Valery)

Mine boils down to rotation concerns for Laporte...

      A) Gunn + Laporte
      B) Lloris + Duffy (have Dunk + Ryan)

      I’m torn between:

      A) Salah, Aguero & Jota/Doucoure
      B) Mane, Firmino & Sterling

Or messing with structure & doing Van Dijk > TAA to fund:

      C) Mane & De Bruyne,
(Over Salah & Jota in A).)

Someone nobody has mentioned... Pogba?! Crazy differential or just crazy? I'm considering him vs Jota + Cash.
