Two Premier League fixtures take place this evening, bringing Double Gameweek 35 to a close.

Wolverhampton Wanderers host Arsenal in the 19:45 BST kick-off at Molineux before the Manchester derby gets underway at a rain-soaked Old Trafford 15 minutes later.

Raheem Sterling and Sergio Aguero both start for City but Pep Guardiola has made three changes to the side that beat Spurs on Saturday, with Vincent Kompany, Fernandinho and David Silva replacing John Stones, Phil Foden and the injured Kevin de Bruyne.

Bernardo Silva continues on the right flank with Sterling on the opposite wing, meaning no start for Riyad Mahrez or Leroy Sane.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has wielded the axe after the 4-0 loss at Everton, with Matteo Darmian, Luke Shaw, Ashley Young, Andreas Pereira and Jesse Lingard returning in place of Phil Jones, Diogo Dalot, Nemanja Matic, Romelu Lukaku and Anthony Martial.

All bar the injured Jones of those five players are among the substitutes.

There is no Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the Arsenal matchday squad, with the Gabonese striker and wing-back Sead Kolasinac among seven players to drop out of Unai Emery’s starting XI.

Arsenal say that Aubameyang misses out this evening having had a “small sinus procedure”, while Kolasinac is among the substitutes.

Shkodran Mustafi, Mohamed Elneny, Carl Jenkinson, Matteo Guendouzi and Konstantinos Mavraponos are the other men to make way as Sokratis, Nacho Monreal, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Granit Xhaka, Lucas Torreira, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alex Iwobi are recalled to Emery’s line-up.

The Arsenal head coach looks to be reverting to a 4-2-3-1, with Iwobi, Mkhitaryan and Mesut Ozil supporting Alexandre Lacazette in attack.

Leander Dendoncker for Morgan Gibbs-White is Nuno Espirito Santo’s only change, meaning that Raul Jimenez, Diogo Jota, Matt Doherty and Jonny all get two starts in Double Gameweek 35.

Manchester United XI: De Gea, Darmian, Lindelof, Smalling, Shaw, Young, Fred, Pereira, Pogba, Lingard, Rashford.

Manchester City XI: Ederson, Walker, Kompany, Laporte, Zinchenko, Fernandinho, Gundogan, Silva, Bernardo, Sterling, Aguero.

Wolves XI: Patricio, Bennett, Coady, Boly, Doherty, Dendoncker, Neves, Moutinho, Jonny, Jimenez, Jota

Arsenal XI: Leno, Maitland-Niles, Sokratis, Koscielny, Monreal, Torreira, Xhaka, Mkhitaryan, Ozil, Iwobi, Lacazette.

    I need to loose one:
    Sterling,
    Kun,
    Son
This is the only way to get Salah
    Any advise?

ML is so tight after this week, €750 for the winner. What to do with this lot?

    Lloris
    Doherty TAA Yoshida
    Sterling Mané (TC) Son Hoijberg
    Aguero Jimenez Gray

    Foster KDB* Valery Duffy

    KDB + Duffy > Bilva + VVD (-4) ?? Thanks

    1. Jay_
      7 years, 4 months ago

If the ML’s relevant then you really need to post the positions of you, your rivals, differentials and chips remaining tbh. But I’d say forget the ML if it’s that tight and just play normal for a good OR, for now.

His differentials atm are VVD and Eriksen, the rest of our teams are very similar. We both have TC left, and there is 7 points between us. What’s your advice on KDB, would you take a hit along with Duffy to Van Dijk and possibly Bernardo Silva?

        1. Jay_
          7 years, 4 months ago

I can’t really see the sense in VVD for a hit bit tbh. Could understand if it was an enabler but it’s not. Like the KDB to Bilva FT though. Good luck in your ML!

I think C, not sure losing Hazard and Son is worth it for a hit, unless you think Son will get rested. Spurs have 3 nice fixtures. Chelsea at Man U isn't a bad fixture and then they've Watford at home who will be close to fa cup final blinkers.
If you think Son will get rested then maybe Moura rather than Siggy.

Watched highlights and I thought Aguero was unlucky not to score, had some good chances, looks sharp etc. He's got one more title winning haul in him this season. Seeing people take hits to remove him and get Salah in...not so sure about that.

well, it's a fickle game. Aguero's the top scoring striker and he isn't done yet imo.

The Leicester match at home I think he will do well, but his away stats remain horrible and I’m thinking or losing him for Firmino for the coming GW

    2. Yoshioka
      • 7 Years
      7 years, 4 months ago

The Salah swap for free makes complete sense when he's at home to Hud and Aguero is away to Burnley, but I'm never a fan of taking a top player like Aguero out for a hit when he's fit - even if his replacement is great and has a good fixture. I'll likely be bringing Aguero back in for the final one or two fixtures.

      1. bigbudgie
        • 12 Years
        7 years, 4 months ago

Agreed. Burnley away could be a grind for City. But Aguero is one of the only players in the game who you're not surprised if he hits two goals in 15 minutes out of no where. Doesn't matter the opposition
