It feels like TAA and Robbo are going to haul at some point. But timing it right is difficult.

Last week could have been that chance, another day and both would have scored 2/3

      If city, Aub

Aguero. Better stats and you can always downgrade later if need to be.

What do you do with the extra money if you choose Auba? If nothing, choose Aguero now and downgrade to Auba later.

As someone who brought Otamendi in for a hit last week, and was clawing at some reasons why, this is exactly what I wanted to see.

I’d say he also passed the ‘eye test’ - for offensive duties (corners) more then the defensive sides!

I honestly think Ota is a terrific pick in a counter intuitive way. Fern far better than Stones, he has fixtures, goal threat, price, nailed and City only need to keep the ball to keep a cleanie.

I have Boly + Ceballos in 3-5-2 now, but I am somewhat tempted by Otamendi + Cleverley if Ceballos blanks again this GW.

After this week, I’m thinking of dropping Salah for Aub. I’m not looking to captain Salah in the next 5.

Only issue is there isn’t a clear captain option next week, or am I missing something?

Looks a tough call. Maybe Son or one of the City boys. Chelsea & Pukki offer nice differentials.

    1. Eytexi

Buendia probably fractionally better but just not worth the money.

    2. Karhumies

Buendia is the better player but Cantwell is so much cheaper that he's the right choice regardless.

Have you watched any games? Hard to write off Cantwell as a worse player. He will probably be picked up by a bigger squad in the near future. Looks great

        1. Karhumies
          • 14 Years
          6 years, 9 months ago

Cantwell is young with speed and hunger, which is a good combo with Pukki when Norwich is on fast counterattacks. Buendia has more skills/technique on the ball, set piece duties and a better eye for key passes. So Buendia is a possession based playmaker. IMO.

        2. Karhumies

If Burnley chooses to drop deep, I am expecting a Buendia show. Like if Villa drops deep, I am expecting a Ceballos show. Like any team dropping deep vs Man City, I am expecting a KDB show.

Would you downgrade Mount and the defence to get Aubameyang with this WC team?

    Pope
    TAA Digne Rose Aurier
    Sterling KDB Son
    Haller Abraham Pukki*

    Button | Cantwell, Rico, Mount

I wouldn't lose any money on Pukki. Not fully convinced by TAA's value with some tough ones coming up. Hmmmmm

      Haller Abraham Aubameyang*

      Button | Rico, Guendouzi*, Lundstram*

Seems legit. Pope + Lowton double up a bit risky though? If Dendoncker drops to 4.4 you could do Hayden->Dendoncker and Lowton->Soyuncu if you are 0.1 short otherwise. Or you could downgrade Zinc to Otamendi, which also temporarily reduces rotation risk due to Stones, Laporte injuries. Lund upgrade to Kiko Femenia also worth considering IMO, Watford was super solid against Arsenal.

Yep, he also had 2 months off in summer 2017, it might give him a slight edge

Lovely fixture too & pens + Laca injured which is absolutely KEY to his appeal

Although the dreaded third start in 7 days puts a strain on many a player, Auba’s actually no spring chicken anymore either

Norwich seem to score more freely at home but could be a good call

I think Liverpool playing a full day earlier than city, and th n a full day later plus Mo’s almost zero rotation risk & pens + chelsea’s Slightly suspect Dee-Fence makes him a decent shout

Fully rested Kun looks prime though

        Oooohhhh that’s a curve ball

He was in CR7 mode v palace, a joy to watch

The contrast to Kane was shocking

It was like a speed boat & an oil tanker

    Pope Button
    Digne TAA Matip Stones Lund
    Salah Sterling KDB Mount Dendocker
    Haller Pukki Greenwood

Thinking Stones > Aurier and play Dendocker this week. Thoughts?

Rashford would be working in Asda if he didn't have pace

Holding, saving transfer and playing 4.5 def + Cantwell...then getting Tammy and assessing from there.
