Premium forwards are back on the menu for our Scoutcast trio as Joe, Andy and Az look ahead to Gameweek 37+ and try to pick some differentials to help Fantasy Premier League managers make a late push for mini-league glory.

While some of their tips are certainly bargains, they think this could be the week to turn to some forgotten pricier options, who have been sold by many in recent weeks.

Up top, Spurs hitman Harry Kane (£10.9m) and Arsenal talisman Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£10.9m) look primed for investment with kind fixtures for the run-in.

Meanwhile, Liverpool’s main men are under scrutiny. The underlying statistics point to a Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) haul on the horizon. But are the Premier League champions still motivated?

Recorded ahead of Thursday’s matches, all three of our Scoutcast regulars are full of hope after an average-to-bad Gameweek 36+ so far. To describe Joe’s Bench Boost this time around as laughable barely does this sorry use of a chip justice.

Our crew take a look at clean sheets for the final two matches, while Andy takes his turn to name his favourite differential for the run-in and also reveals an exciting membership offer.

The show finishes off as usual with their transfer and captaincy plans for Gameweek 37+. There are certainly plenty of differentials and forgotten premium picks to consider.

He is long overdue a rest. Well just have to hope for some early FA Cup line up news. If the rest comes in that game he probably stars against West Ham on Wednesday. Shame the team news come out half an hour after deadline!

    A. Aubameyang (avl, WAT)
    B. Kane (LEI, cpl)

Joe and Andy seem to think Kane, Az thinks Auba.

    Thoughts?

For FH I am leaning Auba so with the added GW37 fixture I would defo say him.

Think I trust Arsenal and Auba a bit more, still not convinced by Jose or Kane

        Auba.

Kane got two goals yet but his second couldn’t have been any more fortuitous

Tempted with Kane honestly. Lesser ownership and if I really want to get up the ranks I need differentials.

    Long or Bardsley?

Probably the most boring question of the day.
But any strong reason to go for one over the other?

Think the obvious thing to do here is just Taylor —> Pieters/Bardsley and leaving the rest of my team alone? Free hitting in Gw38

Tony is a different beast at home. Plus Ighalo will start ahead of him in the cup. I think Rash might also be benched in the cup but he doesn’t have quite the same direct replacements for his position as Tony has

Still got my BB to use, but down to only 2 defs likely playing in GW37+.

    A) Lascelles ->1 Burnley def and save BB for 38+, or
    B) Lascelles + Cathcart -> 2 Burnley for a -4 and play BB 37+?

    Bench for 37+ currently
    McCarthy, Foden, C.Taylor, Cathcart

I have usually been able to play the game without putting fanhood in it.
Having said that being a big United fan and having Vardy in my team right now... makes me want to take a hit and do Vardy do Auba 😀 😀

    For the people benching/selling Pulisic:

He has been Chelsea's best player since the return and this is an all or nothing game for Chelsea. They have to go all out and Liverpool are in relegation form atm.

Liverpool to win is pushing it. All become a bit big headed imo.

        1. Flaming Flamingo
          • 10 Years
          6 years, 1 month ago

We'll see. I have triple Liverpool defence, so maybe I'm speaking in hope rather than expectation. Results haven't been great, but I'd say their recent performances have still been better than Chelsea's.

        2. BERGKOP
          • 15 Years
          6 years, 1 month ago

I think they've just dropped the intensity. They've switched off.

          Big headed is a stretch.

      2. Captain_Shirokov
        • 7 Years
        6 years, 1 month ago

Why? Expecting a response from the Arsenal game? I think it's worth noting Chelsea brushed aside Liverpool in the FA cup and were unlucky not to get something from Anfield earlier in the season.

        1. Flaming Flamingo
          • 10 Years
          6 years, 1 month ago

Liverpool didn't play their best team in the FA Cup, so I'm not reading too much into that personally. To put it simply I think they are a better team and have been excellent at home all season.

Bruno will share them with Rashy, Salah is not the first pen taker at Liverpool and KDB will probably share them with Aguero as well

But do you see Milner playing a lot?

Oh yes, you're correct. I forgot Rashford takes some too.

Milner won't be on the pitch that often I don't think. And TBH, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at Leeds.

Chasing in my mini league and thinking about going for 1 or 2 Burnley players for the Norwich game. Tarkowski could be good since NOR gives up a lot of corners, right?

But who takes the corners? McNeil? Could he be a good punt?
