Leicester City continue their push for a UEFA Champions League qualification place this afternoon.

The Foxes head south face to Spurs in their latest pursuit of three points, with kick-off at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at 16:00 BST.

The team news is very straightforward as both managers have named unchanged starting XIs following wins in Gameweek 36+.

That means another start for Serge Aurier (£5.1m), who has travelled back from France after spending time with his family in the wake of his brother’s death.

It also means a second successive run-out for Luke Thomas (£4.0m) for the visitors, with the budget Fantasy Premier League defender again featuring at left wing-back.

Brendan Rodgers’ side are without Ricardo Pereira (£6.2m), James Maddison (£7.3m), Ben Chilwell (£5.5m), Christian Fuchs (£4.2m) and Marc Albrighton (£5.1m) through injury, with Caglar Soyuncu (£4.9m) suspended.

Dele Alli (£8.3m) is still unavailable for Spurs but Juan Foyth (£4.8m) returns from a lengthy lay-off and is among the substitutes.

Only one Leicester player has an effective ownership of more than 1% in the top 10k: that, unsurprisingly, is Jamie Vardy (£9.7m), who sits in just over one in five of these squads.

Aurier has been benched by more than half of his owners within the top 10k, meanwhile.

Mourinho’s starting XI may have been unchanged in the last three games but the formation continues to evolve, with Son Heung-min (£9.7m) here playing out wide on the left of a 4-2-3-1 rather than up top alongside Harry Kane (£10.9m).

Tottenham Hotspur XI: Lloris; Aurier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Davies; Sissoko, Winks; Lo Celso, Lucas, Son; Kane.

Leicester City XI: Schmeichel; Bennett, Morgan, Evans; Justin, Ndidi, Tielemans, Thomas; Perez, Vardy, Barnes.

Seems like even more attacking options push a place in the gw38 selection.
Was going for 3 MCI but with Pep's rotation in mind, TOT's attacking awakening & LEI's defensive carelessness, 1 MUN & 1 TOT attacker deserve being included, at the expense of 1 or 2 MCI attackers.

Dsilva is a must have but hard to leave Sterling out. I think KDB might be making room

Also, United will likely play along the ground and with Morgan and Evans, Martial is a sti a good pick

Did people really think both Chelsea & United were going to field fully second-strong teams?

In fairness they are a different team with Maddison, Pereira, Chilwell, Soyuncu.

Bit like Spurs over the last few years in that they have a good first 11 but big drop off to subs. Not enough strength in depth basically.

If you ever wanted to know the diminishing value of domestic cups, take a look at United and Chelsea line ups.

Finishing in the top 4 is far more important.

I thought Man Utd made the right decision to go to the World Club Cup and forget the FA Cup. Prefer to see the best teams play each other. Would love to see a European Super League in future,

European trophies which require you to win the CL to enter > domestic trophies where kids get minutes.

Yeah, but they had to go in December, when it was the 3rd round. And the format of WCC was different back then because it was a group format. Utd didn't get out of their group. Back then too, the Brazillian teams did give the European teams a good game. I remember Sao Paolo beating Liverpool in the final a few years later.

      It's all relative.

The Premier League and Champion's League are GIANT competitions. Doesn't mean the FA Cup isn't important, it's just less important.

1FT for 38. Zero in the bank, what one transfer would you make? ML rival has free hit and I’m currently around 40 points ahead.

    McCarthy (Ramsdale)
    Long, Pieters, Egan (AWB, Saiss)
    KDB, Dilva, Salah, Fernandes (Foden)
    Kane, Jimi, Rashford

Now that I know he starts today I definitely won't be having Bruno in my FH team. He has looked so tired last couple of games and badly needs a rest. Maybe he'll get it v West ham?

We wont have rest, my heart team is Sporting Lisbon, and i used to watch Bruno Fernandes playing all 50 matches of the season! so he will be ok with no rest, he will still produce goals and assists.

The only way to "save" the cup is to properly incentivise the winners

Give the fourth Champions League slot to the FA Cup winner & watch it instantly become life & death - it would be as big as, if not bigger than the premier league

Never going to happen though, too much moolah in them lovely Premier League ads deals

Winner of FA Cup vs Winner of Carabao to get CL play off chance might work.

I doubt domestic cups will be here for the long term. The Carabao or whatever it's called will be scrapped first. Either that, or teams will be allowed to withdraw.
