As you will no doubt have heard by now, FanTeam have announced their free-to-play ‘Second Chance’ Premier League Fantasy game for the latter half of this season.

It starts from Gameweek 22 on January 14th, so if your chances of success are all but over in any of your season-long games, this is an opportunity to inject a bit of life into the second part of 2021/22.

So, how does it work?

We’ve covered the essentials in our beginner’s guide but for some expert strategy tips, we’ve enlisted the help of FanTeam expert and Pro Pundit Josh Wooldridge. He won £200,000 in the 2020/21 season-long game and continues to rake in the money this season, so he’s ideally placed to give us some advice.

      the thing is the price, it's a punt but too expensive if he gets rotated which he's in high risk of. The rest of the squad suffers a bit too much. You want nailedness at that price

          In all seriousness he might do well today if he's not dropping deep so much. Conte's side have been improving with every game, so it's surely only a matter of time until Kane scores. And although Norwich have improved under Smith, they're not exactly prime Stoke.

        Feels imbalanced to me. 7 offensive players and 3 defensive.

        If you play aggressive fullbacks, like Liverpool, you need 8s that can cover for them and do defensive work.

    What's the general consensus about Berni Silva?

    Great pick, great form and fixtures, and as nailed as you can be in man city team.

    Or too much of a rotation risk for a city asset with a heavy schedule approaching?

    Thinking to get him and not over think it.

      Great pick. On the football side, I have always seen him as the actual successor to David Silva more so than Foden (what a lot of people have been saying). Bernardo Silva has the quick agility, technical skills, passing ability, and elements close to David Silva.

      Silva has overperformed quite significantly recently, but he's stats are very good either way, so not a bad option. But far from essential imho. Bowen also very good, similiar stats, but being less expensive and a bit more nailed swings it in his favour imho.
