My first actual happy moment this season is wildcarding with Sinisterra in just before the deadline.

Athletes with a first-time shoulder dislocation can typically return to the game within six weeks after the injury, but younger athletes may need more time to recover to prevent a recurrence. If your dislocation requires surgery, you may need up to six months to recover.

I wanted Mitro, but everything pointed to James stats wise. James becomes unavailable so it comes between Rodri and Mitro.

Both are in form; with Mitro my bench is better, but Rodri's fixture run seems better.

Eventually went Rodri due to fixtures, even though i could just about afford to do Archer to Mitrovic.

Rodri gets injured, Mitro scores and gets 2 Bp.

There must be a lesson to be learned there somewhere.

I honestly think if Mitrovic was 9m that more would pick him because they equate quality with price. And they'll continue to avoid him because of his next two so-called difficult fixtures.

        • 11 Years
        3 years, 6 months ago

If …. If …. He goes and starts ….. I have Mendy and I think Fofana is vastly overrated …..
another Chelsea change at the back screams lack of CS and he isn’t a goal threat.
If he defo starts (yes…. 70m but…) maybe
…. Seems they don’t know who to pick and I suspect he is going to transition with Thiago Silva through the season so won’t play all the time)

          • 14 Years
          3 years, 6 months ago

Fofana looked good in a poor Leicester team. A tidy footballer but his FPL returns could reduce in a bigger Chelsea talent pond.

I got Dalot in for this week. Probably madness but United defence looks improved and he brings a bit of attacking intent.

Patterson is worth considering for the few quid you can use elsewhere.

            • 11 Years
            3 years, 6 months ago

Agree re Patterson …. But just not yet due to fixtures

Have an eye on Emerson Palmeiri ….. being hooked … was it fitness or performance…. If he starts next games hes the one to bring in

We are spoilt with potentially 3 x 4.0 defenders playing

5 subs and lots of rotation was always going to be an issue ... the bench is more important this season.

Having a 4.5 non starter on the bench when there were 4.0 playing defenders and 4.5 playing mids seemed quite short sighted imho ... if the 4.5 forward was just a rubbish starter I could understand it, but ...

It always happens, people take hits to pile in on players that have picked up a few points over the last few game weeks like Sanchez, Dunk, Harrison, Rodrigo, Toney, Gross ... and the wheels fall off the wagon for whatever reason ... FPL is a cruel mistress

Transfer in and out are quite simple this year, haul and players are bought the next game week, blank and players are sold the next game week ... was it always so exaggerated as it seems to be this year ?

I think it was. Buying and selling players without a trace of form or lack of it because it's too early to gauge.

    Ederson
    TAA Cancelo NWilliams James/Saliba
    Sterling Diaz Martinelli
    Jesus Haaland Toney
    - Saliba Andreas Dasilva

If Haaland starts vs NFO, I am looking to sell him for Kane (c)

    Thoughts plz?

Ya if he starts the NFO, we can safely assume he will be benched next GW?

Hard to know what Pep will do. Villa away on Sat 3rd, Sevilla away on Tues 6th, Spurs home on Sat 10th, Dortmund home on Wed 14th. Could be rested for two Copenhagen games after that?

I reckon that guy that came into the restaurant at the end killed him, but it's very ambiguous.

    Does Andreas Pereira’s 6-pointer counts as a mini W?

Auto sub for James who I was very tempted to switch out close to the deadline 🙂

mini W? You started 4 or 5 defenders?

Have TAA-Cancelo-James-Saliba as the starting four.

        Andreas first sub.

Hoping James recovers in time for the weekend.
