Pretty bad game as a Rashford owner. Hooked on 59 mins and his replacement bagged a brace. Ronaldo won't sit on the bench forever either.

Thinking of replacing Arsenal Assets Saliba and Martinelli with Zouma and Trossard and bring them back for GW13.

    A good move?

    1. JT11fc
      4 years, 1 month ago

Not sure Id move Martinelli yet, Saliba could go tho

    2. SkyByBo

I'm tempted to bin martinelli as well, fired well early but not been that great recently

    3. Nate(U)dog(ie)
      4 years, 1 month ago

I kind of have to move Martinelli this week to bring in Zaha and to have 11 for GW12, WCing in GW13 so looking at bringing him back then too. Just not too sure, Liverpool and Leeds are good fixtures, but similarly City have Southampton and Liverpool. Could move Cancelo out instead but could be a bad idea before Southampton

Sterling worth bringing in? Looked relatively dangerous, have the cash for Gordon to Sterling

    1. Mr. O'Connell

Too expensive for a Chelsea attacker

I brought him in a couple of weeks ago, I'm holding until I WC in GW13 but it's more out of necessity and trying to be a bit patient, I wouldn't bring him in right now

Why you getting rid of Gordon? Think hes gone from starting team?

      1. JT11fc
        4 years, 1 month ago

        I have a midfield of
Diaz Foden Maddison Andreas Gordon plus 4.5m itb
Just seems the weakest link unless i lose Andreas

  4. The Duke

    Which 2FTs do you reckon?

    Cancelo & Jenson > White & Foden
    or
    TAA & Jenson > Saliba/Perisic & Zaha

    1. JT11fc
      4 years, 1 month ago

      B Perisic for me
      A has 2 gw12 blankers

    2. Kingy109
      4 years, 1 month ago

This. Its definitely short term thinking to bring in players you know won't play GW12 unless you don't have City/Arsenal now and you have a great bench.

      1. The Duke
        4 years, 1 month ago

        Ward
        TAA, Cancelo, Trip.
        KDB, Martinelli, Andreas, Jensen.
        Kane, Haaland, Jesus.

        Sanchez, Longstaff, Neco, Patterson

      2. The Duke

Isak, Mitro, KdB -> Martial, Kane, Foden/Zaha?

    1. afsr
      4 years, 1 month ago

      with 2FT so for a -4

    2. RICICLE
      4 years, 1 month ago

Isak can go sure, but Mitro could very well be fine, in fact i expect him to be fine anyway, and KDB has a plum fixture next GW. KDB > Foden a little sideways perhaps & both blank in 12?
Nobody else that can go for Zaha?

      1. afsr
        4 years, 1 month ago

martinelli could go for Zaha, but I'm 0.7 short. Also have Bowen, Maddison and Pereira, selling either doesn't make a lot of sense.

And i already did Isak -> Martial

    3. Ne0
      4 years, 1 month ago

Not confident about Martial, Kane a good player to bring in, getting rid of KdB before Southampton is risky. Would personally do a different move.

      1. afsr
        4 years, 1 month ago

As i already did Isak->Martial, could also do Cancelo, Martinelli -> Perisic, Zaha (-4)

  8. artvandelay316
    4 years, 1 month ago

Have 3 City and 2 Arsenal and WC already played.
Gundo to Zaha best option leading up to the blank GW12 or better to do Gundo to Foden and then switch to Zaha in a couple of weeks?

    1. JT11fc
      4 years, 1 month ago

      Zaha now imo

Only played my wildcard last week and already so many fires- Any of these worth holding; Coufal, Saint-Max, Patterson, Mitrovic?

Also, anyone know why Gordon didnt start for Everton- does he need added to the list too?

I think Gordon had a bit of a sniffle

  10. Athletic Nasherbo

    How does this sound?

Targett, Diaz > James, Zaha 2FT

    1. JT11fc
      4 years, 1 month ago

      Decent

    2. Ne0
      4 years, 1 month ago

Pretty good, but depends on the rest of the team (number of City/ Arsenal players, etc.).

      1. Athletic Nasherbo
        4 years, 1 month ago

I have Saliba, Martinelli, KdB, Jesus, Haaland

Plan to get rid of Martinelli, KdB, Jesus GW12 (-4)

        1. Ne0
          4 years, 1 month ago

I'd personally not do the original transfers in that case. No point taking a -4 unless you absolutely have to. I'd keep Diaz. He can still get a decent return, and possibly match Zaha. With 5 non-playing players, I'd rather only do 1 transfer this GW and roll 1 FT. That gives you flexibility in case a new injury happens in the next couple of GWs. But if you definitely think Diaz is going to completely flop and Zaha is gonna get significant returns, it may not be a terrible move.

          1. Athletic Nasherbo
            4 years, 1 month ago

            I agree, somewhat.

The problem I have is that I need to move Targett on. He might play in the home games but it’s a transfer I need to make.

I need funds to go better.

I can’t get rid of Martinelli currently, and there’s nobody else that I’d move on.

Diaz > Zaha is equal for the next 4, maybe Zaha edges it tbh.

But James is far superior to Targett, despite the home games he could play.

Using 2 previous transfers on players that most likely will play is not ideal, but equally I can’t get too focused on GW12 - there’s still two more weeks to play before it.

My gameweek 12 transfers would be:

Patterson, Martinelli, KdB, Jesus > Guehi, Trossard, Salah, Mitrovic (-8)

            1. Ne0
              4 years, 1 month ago

I get what you are saying. And I agree that James is superior to Targett. But I just personally would not plan on taking a -4 or -8 when I have enough time to plan. If everything goes according to plan, then it might pay off. But there's just one injury between now and GW12, it could derail your plans. If you are willing to take the risk, then it might be a good shout.

    Pope

    Gross diaz martinelli gordon andreas
    Kane haaland jesus

    1ft

    What to change ???

  14. Ne0
    4 years, 1 month ago

What would be my best move? Have 2 FT and 1.5m ITB.

    Pope (Iversen)
    Cancelo**, James, Trippier (Neco, Patterson*)
    Foden**, Maddison, Zaha, Martinelli (Andreas)
    Haaland**, Kane, Mitrovic*

Initial plan was to go Pope, Cancelo, Foden, Kane to Guaita, TAA, Salah, Toney by GW12. But now, with two new injuries and Liverpool form, I'm reconsidering. Currnet plan is Patterson, Foden, Mitrovic to Guehi, Diaz, Wilson/ Toney by GW12.

What's the best move for this gw?
    A) Patterson -> Guehi
    B) Mitrovic -> Wilson/ Toney
    C) Something else

Will definitely wait as long as possible for Mitrovic news before making any decision.

    1. JT11fc

Toying with Diaz out. Would leave me no Liverpool cover - they have to difficult fixtures now and are off form so I probably shouldn't worry too much!

      1. RICICLE
        4 years, 1 month ago

Yeah true, I can move on confidently with some ease now about having no Pool cover for the next two at least. The more I look at it the more I’m thinking Diaz is the one to go, he could do well, but Zaha and Bowen in particular certainly have the chance to score much better.

    A. KDB + Bailey > Foden + one of Maddison/Bowen/Trossard for free

    B. Keep KDB and play one of Bailey/Neco next GW alongside him

(happier to bench Foden than KDB for GW12 hence why considering A with not much else that needs changing with 2FT)
