Was that "only joking"?!? I bought him after longer injury when he had been excellent earlier and he did nothing for me. I think I lost .4 million tv because of being stubborn. Not going ever anywhere near him before he has found his form and shown something.

    Thoughts on this 3-4-3?

Basically between Jesus and a 4.5 mid or Foden, 4.5 fwd and 0.5 itb.

    Steele
    Gabriel, Estu, Shaw
    Son, Saka, Rash, Mitoma
    Halaand, Watkins, Jesus

    Botman, 4.0, 4.5

It’s so dull and so template but I keep reverting back to it

    Pickford
    Trent Gabriel Estupinan
    Rashford Saka Foden Mbeumo Mitoma
    Haaland Jesus

    Areola Botman Bell Archer
    0.5m itb

Would like Fernandes but no easy way without losing Trent.

It will all change quickly once the preseason friendly bandwagons start. Just watch it all change when the spoon feeders start sharing every goal and assist, even if it against Aberystwyth ladies.

Riedewald is going to continue to mess with us this season, isn't he? Every preseason he starts enough games and even grabs a goal or two to get punters excited and then doesn't even make the bench for a month running when the season kicks on.

Too slow to be a full-back, not skillful enough to be a midfielder, not good enough at marking to be a centre-back. Surprised he's still on the books at Palace.

Shaw is a nailed bonus magnet, Gab & Estu nailed with good fixtures and potential attacking points. Stones not as nailed and City weren't at their best for clean sheets last season.

He's not a bad pick. Other options at that price and cheaper

      1. Crunchie
        • 8 Years

Estu is a hold for Chilwell/James for me.

No MaCallister/Caicedo or Colwill replacements are worrying. Really relying on attacking threat, which is good for the first three.

Maybe the same for Mitoma for Eze bu we will see.

Best 4.5 defender for first sub...? I had Mings, but I think his numbers might be eaten into after their defensive additions. Criteria is as nailed as is possible at this stage, then half decent fixtures.
