How is this looking (standard I guess) Got 1M in the bank in case Bruno starts well. Or use some of that now and uprade bench to 4.5 or 5M defender?

    Onana (Martinez)

    Chilwell / Estupinan / Stones

    Saka / Martinelli / Foden / Rashford / Mitoma

    Haaland / Watkins

    Turner | Kabore | Beyer | Mubama

    Thanks

United v Lens highlights on YT are basically the Bruno and Garnacho show. There is no way you can watch it and come away without thinking £5m Garnacho is a steal.

yea, he and sancho will share the minutes. no doubt he's a good differential , but you have to bet he gets points in the 40-60 mins that he plays.

Is this based on likelihood of selection or FPL asset? I found Gakpo quite frustrating last year, despite Klopp regularly picking him and might favour Darwin or Diaz. Diaz was flavour of the month at the start of last season; do you think he’s not now?

So let’s say you get a point for each off the bench gw1. Minus 4 to get rid for gw2. Add the fact you’ve now got 10.5 to buy 2 nailed starters of much lower quality, assuming you’re not going to repeat the same mistake again. Best thing to do would be to wc gw2

It's a very tight call, but A at the start of the season since Villa have a tricky first four games, and Martinelli's minutes are debatable. B could be better later in the season if Martinelli keeps starting and Chelsea buy more forwards.

Anyone else feel like there's never been a harder time to play FPL? So much content out there (too much), so many stats (analysis by paralysis) and I think the hardest thing of all is there aren't many players you can hang your hat on starting 75% of the games.

Rotation and squad depth has never been a bigger thing, obviously you expect it in midfield a bit but there was a time you could pretty much guarantee a fit back 4 or whatever formation a side was using would be set in stone for most of the season but who can hand on heart tell me what the starting defence is likely to be for most of the season for sides like Villa and Brighton and Brentford, I've seen people saying Pinnock is nailed on for Brentford for example but they spent a relative fortune on Nathan Collins. Forget Pep and his rotation, it'll become the norm at a lot of clubs in the top half of the league this season and beyond. Even the keepers at some clubs aren't nailed on - Brighton? West Ham? Brentford?
