Not for me. I wouldn’t rush into buying Sterling he could do well against Luton but for me a wait and see in an easier game if he doesn’t return against them then he’s already a problem in the team. I’d say wait a week see how Chelsea are against a weaker team and evaluate then but obviously if you want to take the chance then you it’s a prime fixture

Sterling is against the template but he was the light of Chelsea last weekend and now has Luton at home. Nice edgy pick.

I agree he looked a lot more like his former self last week. I don’t agree with selling Salah for him however. Think people are prematurely selling him, yeah you won’t captain too much but is the 12.5 too much when there are so many mid price options performing?

    Turner, Pickford
    Saliba, Henry, Estupinan, Stones, Baldock
    Odegaard, Saka, Rashford, Mitoma, Jota
    Edouard, Alvarez, Haaland

Obviously need to get rid of Stones. With 2 FT and 1.0 ITB, I'm thinking Stones and Rash off for Chilwell and Mbeumo. That should set me for the next couple gameweeks and also opens up the possibility to buy Salah with the next 2 FTs. Thoughts, would you do something differently?

    HALL of SHAME GW2 update:

Our Random Number Generator has thrown up Ball Scratchers FC as our GW2 imaginary prize winner! And what perfect prize could a ball scratcher of note desire? It's a brand-new shiny Codpiece (not a used one)! No more scratching for you Ball Scratchers!

Quick as Mudryk is quickly cementing himself at the bottom of the Hall of Shame and is proving himself a very worthy Dungeon-Master! He is ranked 655th of 655 jousters! Congratulations are in order. As I hold the rights to the Burnley v Luton game, Quick As will have the privilege of showing it to the prisoners!

Mrs Bumble Bee (17th) is the highest ranked damsel and therefore is in line to wear the coveted Bearskin Robe at season's end!

Our highest ranked Content Creator is none other than the people's champion Lateriser12 (37th)! A late entrant to the Tourney he has quickly overtaken the other two Content Creators in the great hall, namely FPL_Matthew (100th) and Sir AZ the Tipsy (350th). FPL_Matthew is joined at rank 100 by the wonderfully named Posteflogu - I will be keeping a close eye on this lollygagger!

Steele Mee Carson (54th) is the highest ranked horse in the Tourney, also known as Rupert. Maintaining this form will see Rupert presented with a brand new Shaffron, Crinet and Crupper! C'mon other horses, get in the game!

The highest ranked Mod remains Skonto Rigga (45th) - I have yet to determine a suitable imaginary prize for the highest ranked Mod and would welcome suggestions!

Shambles FC (45th) remains the highest ranked former no.1 player in the world, he seems to be without any competition! Where are the other former overall winners?

As for me, I am languishing at 623rd of 655 jousters, a truly shameful position that can only be blamed on all of mine players! Always, always blame the players!

    Good luck for GW3 jousters!

Really unsure what to do with my FT this week? Maybe roll? Chukwumeka obviously needs to go but doesn't need to be right away as his price doesn't look like dropping this week? If Rashford and Utd look poor again I can get him and Chuk out for 2 better mids and then downgrade Pedro or have the luxury of him coming off the bench most weeks if not nailed. Team:

    Onana
    Estupinan Chiwell Saliba
    Salah Rashford Mbuemo Saka
    Pedro* Haaland Jackson

    Areola Chukwumeka* Beyer Kabore

Fed up with seeing Martinelli so marginalised by the current Nketiah setup, but pretty sure I'd want him back after the IB. So do these moves - which would allow me to bench Martinelli for the next 2 GW - make sense?

    3: Salah & Woodrow - Maddison/Diaby & Isak
    4: Pedro - Wissa
(Aiming for WC8/9. Think I might get Salah back on WC but won't captain him til then & given Pool fixtures I think a nailed-looking Jota is enough for now)

    Current squad:
    Johnstone (Turner)
    Chilwell Estupinan Henry (Baldock Beyer)
    Salah Jota Saka Martinelli Mitoma
    Haaland Pedro (Woodrow)

    B. Gabriel to Chilwell/Saliba/Gvardiol/Udogie, Rashford to Mbeumo
    C. Gabriel to Henry, Rashford to Mbeumo — so I can do Pedro to Isak next week
    D. WC, even with 2 ft, to the following:

    Onana (Areola)
    Chilwell, Estupiñán, Saliba (Henry, Gusto)
    Salah, Saka, Maddison, Mitoma, Mbeumo

I'm quite wary of WCing so early this season as so many teams still seem to be in transition & I don't think we've got a great picture of how ARS/LIV/MUN/CHE, even City, will be yet. Plus mostly been template players in the points and best GKs / best budget are also not quite settled imo. Especially with 2 FTs, I'd be more inclined to take a mini WC with a -4 or something like that. B looks good (I'm still very optimistic about Chilwell) but I also think now is the time we should start planning for Isak so quite like C also

    Vicario Areola
    Saliba Chilwell Estupinan (Botman Beyer)
    Salah Saka Sterling Foden Mitoma
    Wissa Haaland Surridge(Red flag 4.5)

WC Gtg? I’m going to take a risk with sterling, not much to lose as it stands…
