SO happy I have Cash Diaby and Palmer, have Bowen second on the bench as a mistake too. Ffs.

Can't wait for another team of binary scores.

I mean, is that worthy of congratulations? Both looked likely to miss out, so keeping for most surely was just a result of negligence / fires to put out elsewhere

        I kept both.

I may be misremembering, but this season so far seems to have a higher than normal proportion of players flagged who then end up playing on match day. Don't know whether FPL Towers are getting more trigger happy with the flags.....but another reason aside from negligence or a squad in desperate need of many changes may just be that be that "likely to miss out" seems harder to predict accurately to justify too swift a transfer.

I need no cameo from Palmer and also Cash to get Bayer's second on the bench 11 points. I only took a hit as I had so many out. Turns out the guy I bought to replace my injured player happens to be injured and the guy I lost for a hit starts. If I too no hit I would have had to start Bayer. This is so mind boggling.

The physio would have passed him to play and probably advised a bench spot. They make the decisions on player fitness. If he wasn't able to play at all he wouldn't be on the bench

      2. Ze_Austin
        • 7 Years
        2 years, 4 months ago

They don't really have other options. Look at the bench

Also, reduced minutes still counts as reduced risk for a player... So if it's a 20-minute cameo off the bench, it still counts as reducing chances of an injury

As Poch said here, it's a precautionary rest and not an actual injury

When the only reason to get one player over another is pens, I get the other player

Gordon is clear in open play, via playing for a better attack and by being more clinical himself
