just realized they gave hojlund the assist on the rashford goal. What a joke, ball gets taken off of him and ends up to rashford yet that is somehow considered more of an assist than saka's corner because it grazed the head of a defender

Curious- if he's not on the team, then should return to West Ham for recovery. Ghana should call another dude. Maybe a 3rd Ayew brother that nobody will miss, like the other two.

Seems Kudos has a pre-injury to a Hamstring, so can't play for Ghana or WHU. Regardless

Man, in his search for meaning, has to simplify. In essence, there are only two things. One can either live in harmony or die in chaos. When life out of chaos appears, one tends to create harmony. Such a man was David Munday, a content creator, a man of peace in a violent world.

Like livefpl having your “clone teams” in the top 1m

Last week I was unique, this week there is 1 like me… although we will have different autosubs.

I’m at 80% template rating and literally 1-2 in a million, which is why I think all the stuff about template teams is overblown

Agree. Had 80% 'template', only Gordon (22% EO) of the starting 11 had less than 30% EO among engaged players. Palmer© popular captain.

Clones? Only 24 in a million.

The same 11/15 is affected by your bench maybe? if you take an 80% ownership and multiple of 11 means each player starts at 80% then 80% of each player going down the line. Just captaincy alone such as Palmer/Saka this week, although in my case 120% will affect the clone rating massively.

              For me no clones and:
              Template Rating - Very Differential - 30.0%
              Goalkeeper - Heavy - 99.0%
              Defence - Average - 62.0%
              Midfield - Average - 55.0%
              Attack - Heavy - 70.0%

With things like 0.1% owned sub-keeper and most of the squad being 10% owned or less.

Not sure how it works at all. Although I note the template rating is compared to top 10k and clone thing is top million.

I'd need some major surgery to get Salah and Haaland back in, but I could also just WC, I suppose. Could end up with something like

        Dubravka | Areola
        Trippier | Porro | Estupinan | Gusto | Branthwaite
KdB | Salah | Palmer | Gordon | Hee Chan
        Haaland | Watkins | Semenyo

Sometimes we all prefer to make a luxury transfer rather than solve the simpler, less interesting issues in our side. Lamptey a case in point. When we need that spot such as now and the recent future w have no cover. Pau to a lesser degree.

      1. fish&chips
        • 15 Years
        2 years, 1 month ago

Why waste a transfer on a 3.9m 5th defender though who's nearly always rooted to the bench? And I've had Pau since GW10 and he's been on the verge of a return for a while. I knew it was a risk this week but Pau news looked fairly positive so thought he would start. Not like defenders have been ripping it up this year either so I opted to save a transfer instead. Could have gone for Estupinan or Porro but that then limits my options for Trent / Salah / Haaland transfers next GW depending on how things pan out.

        1. Eze Really?
          • 11 Years

Under normal circumstances you are right. Many will find though with this gameweek an example, having a strong bench helps. Especially when blank and DGW's come along soon,
Everyone plays their own game and normally a 3rd bench is not needed. Personally. I think it has value and there are many to choose from.
All your comments have merit but there is another way of looking at it. Pau will be good going forward.

Trent might double in 25. Porro might blank in 26. Wait to see and think of you can still field 11 with blanks coming.
Of your 3 I'd probably go Saliba but he's likely to play in all the blank weeks so there is that....

B easily for me given Arsenal's issues. Even during their better spell this season they were still conceding pretty regularly. 2 clean sheets in the last 10 and I don't love their next fixtures for clean sheet potential (3 away in the next 4 including Forest and West Ham, alongside Liverpool at home). But might be worthwhile considering one of the others if you'll need to create funds to bring back the likes of Salah, Son and Haaland or KDB in the next few weeks

Just noticed Egypt played 2-2 vs Mosambik. Salah scored on pen at 90'+7 min. to make it 2-2.

Cap Verde won 2-1 vs Ghana in the same group. Can be a interesting group to follow.

8 assists for Porro now. Imagine how many points he would get if Spurs could keep clean sheets. He ticks over with steady scoring but no hauls because of the lack of cleans.

If Ange had them playing more pragmatic football he'd have less assists and attacking threat. Great to watch as they are, granted for FPL reasons some more cleansheets would be good.

Guys who would you bring in from Foden & KDB. McTominay out so easy transfer in that sense but worry is KDB starts a sub again and City could be out of sight by then - Foden and captain?

A mention about KDB. I am surprized; even shocked, so many bought him in this GW. Especially when he advertised his own start limitations. About the 20 plus minutes he played: Some special stuff but the assist was helped a lot by Bob and KDB had 15 metres of space where he was. Very poor midfield on the part of Newcastle. The goal was very good but the space he had was amazing again. What I did notice is Foden moving wider when he came on so decisions to be made over Foden and Alvarez.
Can we afford Salah TAA Haaland and KDB? Now those who do not put emphasis on TV. It will start to hurt.
