Definitely a gd long term move. Once KdB and Haaland return to full fitness, hard to see where Alvarez will fit in

It's just the uncertainty this GW. Haaland, KDB, Foden, Alvarez
Out of these four, one is certainly benched, two might be benched. Would be so sad to have both your city players start on the bench.

I don't believe that either, apologies if my first message implied otherwise. I'm merely saying this is the second GW Pep has had all three available and (probably) fit enough to start, so I think basing anything off what happened between now and the first week isn't a strong premise

But KDB did go off for Haaland. I know it is fitness but if walker is back soon and the RWB where does Foden or Alvarez play?

Is Areola MUN (A), Gusto WOL (H), Trent ARS (A) and Jota ARS (A) good enough for a Bench Boost this week? If not only just get the chip out the way to help with planning later in the season?

I think that could be alright. Benching Trent and Jota seems wrong, good fixture for Gusto, and Areola should at least make some saves.

I usually always play my Bench Boost in DGWs with as close to a maximum 15 doublers as I can get, but this season seems different and this looks like a possible opportunity. Don’t really want to bench any players this week.

I can see why you'd play it. I can see United scoring so doubt Areola makes it worthwhile. My worry would be Arsenal Vs Pool. Could be cagey given the title race implications

Yeah he’s the one I’ve got least hope in… but then that seems to be the sort of fixture the cheap keepers get their saves and potential haul. It’s never good benching Trent, benching either Jota or Alvarez isn’t what I want either… Gusto is good value.

I also think, when Salah’s back and in my team with Haaland and others, I feel it’s going to be harder to afford a decent bench.

But then I just know I would kick myself if they blanked and would see it as a complete waste of a chip, which is why I usually play it in doubles so you’re at least getting (in theory) at least 2x playing points but 2x chances to do something.

            Tough.

    A) Mubama to Haaland (benching headache)
    B) Colwill to Trippier (bench Gabriel)
    C) both for -4

Apologies if this has been posted before, it's just really funny. Amongst all the other Darwin Nunez stats... is his FPL price history this season.

    Started: 7.5
    GW2: falls to 7.4
    GW3 - 7: ... rises to 7.7
    GW8 - 19: ... falls to 7.3
    GW20 - 22: ... rises back to 7.5
GW23: lots of sales.. risk falling to 7.4

Madness. The most bonkers player profile I've seen in FPL.

If you don't want to bring in Haaland then you should Save and captain Watkins or Solanke

Who do I sell for Gordon?

    A) Saka
    B) Foden

This would allow the Joao Pedro to Haaland transfer next gameweek.

Foden easily. Cheaper, better fixture and double in 25

Mad not to buy Haaland with 2 FTs and 14.6 ITB? 😀
Just feel like doing Gross -> KDB for free and saving the other gives me such a great opportunity to get it right next GW. I get to see if any of Solanke/Watkins/Toney gets injured. I know if Livepool/Luton - Bournemouth/Luton doubles in GW25, and even more important I get to see who I should sell out of Foden & Walker to make room for Haaland.

    Team would be:
    Dubravka
    Walker - Porro - Estupinan
    (K)DB - Saka - Foden - Palmer - Garnacho
    Watkins - Solanke

(Areola, Toney, Doughty, Taylor) with 10.3 ITB and 2FTs going into next GW

I’m on KDB, feel like with Brentford conceding so much and even if Haaland’s on for 20 mins there’s a return. Watkins is a shout too.

Darwin a doubt?…. What do folk think’s best options here? 2FT 3.6itb any thoughts appreciated.

    A) Darwin & Bowen > Haaland & 5.1
    B) Darwin & Saka > Haaland & Olise or 5.9
    C) Darwin, Saka, TAA > Haaland, Gordon and Trippier. -4
    D) Differential - Darwin > Hojlund

Other mid & att are KDB, Foden, Palmer, Watkins, Solanke

So, I have quite a bit of cash on hand... would you spend the -4 to go Colwill, Marvelous Nakamba and Julian Alvarez to Van de Ven, KdB and Haaland?

What move do I make for my FT?

    A) Watkins to Haaland
    B) Odegaard to Maddison

    My current front 7 is:
    KDB, Foden, Odegaard, Palmer, Jota
    Watkins, Solanke

With these choices, I think I would roll. Watkins has a great game and is a captaincy option. Odegaard to Maddison seems very sideways.
