    -8 taken.
Watkins, Foden, Odegaard > Salah, Darwin, Havertz

My team looks incredible on paper now and I probably won't have to take another hit this season.

Let's see if it pays off.

        Nope. Saving WC for GW35.

I don't need to WC. The rest of my team is fine. I just really needed to buy Liverpool before they play Sheff Utd and this was the best way for me.

Quite a waste doing -8 at this stage of the season when u can WC.
Whats benefit of WC35? Just sets u up for 4 gws

There's a lot of benefit. It sets up a change in fixtures to Spurs/Che and a BB in 37.

Only palmer and son really essential of these 2 teams. The rest are not worth it probably.

I think Shu won't be that goal fest, it's likely with a game vs Man United on Sunday that when 2-0 up Liverpool will put the brake on. It was today the big points were, Salah just wasted it.

Im probably going to do the last two (already have Salah) for a -4. Im not entirely sure what my strategy is, only FH left, and with my team it feels easy to get to 11 doublers for 34 or 37, but really tricky to get to a good bench boost.

Do you prefer Havertz to Foden & Odegaard or is that just to enable the other transfers ?

      I'm considering

Gordon & Watkins to Solanke & Foden (but could go Havertz)

It's to enable the moves. I have 0.0m ITB after these moves.

I would go Havertz over Foden especially if you don't plan to use a chip in 34.

As part of moves to shuffle team and get Salah in (have 2 FT)…

    Lose one for Salah

    A Foden
    B Odegaard

Lose one for cheap enabling forward (Muniz probably)

    1 Watkins
2 Solanke (and -4 to make another change in defence to fund the moves)

Pep berating Grealish in front of the cameras at the end of the match is classic Pep! He took away a lot of Grealish's off-the-cuff dribbling game last year and turned him into a cog in his machine. Grealish obeyed and was the golden child! Grealish goes on the piss for the summer and Pep thinks he's getting too big for his boots so he benches him and then berates him on the biggest stage today. He's done it before with other "big" players or players with perceived big egos. His way of keeping his ego the strongest in the dressing room! Egomaniac!

He couldn't handle Zlatan though, the ultimate egomaniac!

    1. GreennRed
      • 14 Years

Pep loves the cogs in the machine. He sold one of he's best cogs to Barca. And one of his shiniest new cogs is thriving being let off the leash at Chelsea. The machine isn't running as smooth as previous seasons, might need to be taken down for maintenance, rejig the cogs, change some, sell some for

    Areola, Semenyo, Branthwaite, Pau

I got rid of Foden & Solanke to get Salah for this GW. Should I get them back if Gordon & Watkins are ruled out?

Gordon & Watkins to Foden and Solanke? I'm 0.1 short of Odegaard & Solanke so will get him for Son in a couple of GWs time.

Haaland’s xGi was 0.30, less than Ake and Rodri. When does he start getting hauls again?

Thanks, yes not knee jerking, Arsenal have the best defence so was always going to be tough for him but it’s frustrating. I think Villa play a high line and Wolves fluffed a lot of chances so should be better next match

Depends how Villa shaping. Watkins is a big miss, same with McGinn. But Villa's defenders can cope with the lamp post, did so in the reverse fixture. If Emery sets up to defend City could have another troubleshooting.

Luton. That's the kind of games Haaland does well.

    1FT 2.7 ITB

    Dubravka Areola
    Saliba Gabriel Doughty Gusto Reguilon

If I sell Gordon and Watkins I will only have 3.9 for a striker 🙁

B as both have DGW 34 & Watkins most likely missing the next game

Would you take a pts hit to field 11 or just use WC? Really want to save my WC for gw35 but only have 7 or 8 fit players. FH in 34..

Areola, Cash, Ake, Doughty, Gordon, Watkins Injured/Banned.
Estu - RDZ roulette as midweek game.
    Really leaves me
    Dubravka
    Gabriel
    Palmer Son Foden MGW
    Solanke, Morris.

Plan is -4 Watkins to Isak, Gordon to Salah.

So Newcastle defence worth avoiding completely even though they double in 37? After Isak and Gordon, do they have a viable asset?

Livramento's 4.1m if fit and need a cheapie
Not very bullish on their defence though, they average ~2 xGC a game nowadays

Gabriel | Gusto | Porro | Van Hecke
    Salah | Son | Saka | Palmer
    Toney | Watkins

    Dubravka | Morris | Barkley | Doughty

Just use FT with 7.4ITB? Or activate WC? FH34 BB37

Hi all, didn't realise the next deadline was so close.

Any suggestions for my defence? Only fielded 2 this week.

Gabriel - Senesi - Walker (Doughty Mykolenko).

Its probably Walker to someone, but who? Saving some money would be nice

Someone with a DGW maybe? I personally got Ait-Nouri in if you're after inspiration.
