Who are the top 5 worst teams who concede from set pieces this season? Forest have improved quite a bit since last season in defence.

You asked this question 11 hours ago and someone went to the effort of linking a website with this and many other stats.
      Here it is again:

In the space of one 8 point gw Son has gone from not really an option playing wide in Anges system, taking few shots to the universally touted option ahead of previous darling Johnson..

Son obviously better and more clinical than Johnson, who has better underlyings. Has Johnson been a bit unlucky ?

It's FPL recency bias as usual. I think Johnson's clearly better value. Players can blank from time to time. Unless money doesn't matter, i.e. keeping as placeholder for Palmer in 12, I'd pick Johnson over Son.

Yeah, getting Johnson for Saka allows me to upgrade Foden to Salah next gw, keeping Haaland and Palmer...

Agreed, though Johnson doesn't get baps, even with 2 returns, ppm very low

ppm compared to the whole league maybe but compared to players around his price he's doing well.

9 attackers ahead of him at same price point..

9 ahead... imagine how many are behind! Feel free to buy any of those 9 but his PPM in my team is 6.75 so I'm not going to complain.

                Smart!

Madueke, Buonannotte, Barnes, Kovacic, Welbeck, Wissa, Wood, Jiminez all have better ppm.

Mayne Johnson isn't all he's cracked up to be either

Like I said, I've owned him for 4 weeks and his point per match is 6.75 in my team.

I'd rather have Johnson than any of Madueke, Buonannottee, Barnes and Kovacic and it isn't even close. The forwards with better PPM at his price range don't really factor in for me as it's a different position and isn't really fair to compare to a position that I can't straight swap.

I would be willing to bet that Johnson comes away with more points than all four of those mids. Like I said though for my team he has been great and if you want Kovacic over him than you do you.

I'm not saying they are better picks, though O'Neill, Buonanotte might be; point is that his ppm is low.

Forwards are listed because some people might have different formations and can consider a forward or mid in this bracket, or as part of a two player swap....

He's had a good run over last few weeks, but is it a streak ? McNeill, Jiminez, Buonanotte, Rutte, Kulusevski have outscored him over the same period

Even when he returns he's not getting bonus. Just saying he might be overhyped

That's called kneejerk....I would much rather have Johnson instead of Son and would also prefer Palmer/ Saka ahead of Son despite their poor run of fixtures

Son does have fpl heritage, just his positioning/role in question, and getting a bit older

I think he is a safe pick until he is 33. It's from 34 that the output starts to decline, generally speaking.

Age is not a problem.... positioning is....I liked him last year when he was playing as a false 9....not this year

            • 10 Years

Whatever his position is, he tends to score most of his goals from left wing. But i agree with you, this year, with solanke in the mix, points are being shared.

Johnson could just be having a purple patch while Son is Spurs talisman and one of the best players in the game if he can stay fit.

Johnson could be finding consistency as a 23-year-old while Son is past his best and coming off an injury.

You can spin whatever narrative you want with "could be".

Best to see the rest of the team. I think Raya > Sels isn't the nicest way to make the money for Saka > Palmer.

I'm playing around with a FH as I am heavy ARS/LIV, and no haarland (SOU) is making me nervous.
Had a great start so want to keep momentum going

    Current team
    Raya (4.0)
TAA, Gabriel, Lewis, (ait nouri, Moreno)
    Palmer, Saka, Salah, Mbuemo, Rogers
    Watkins, Wissa, (4.5)

    Thinking of FH of
    Flekken
    myko, Lewis, Moreno
    palmer, Foden, Mbuemo, Rogers
    Watkins, Hasland, Wissa.

Heavy man city(SOU), Brentford (IPS) , but no spurs 🙁

Haven’t owned Haaland this season but have watched my saints and crikey we are awful defensively.

Only way I get Haaland in and maybe triple cap is to

    Sell - Havertz, Saka, Trent

Buy - Haaland. Ait nouri. Rogers

Would be for free and have exact money.

Just don’t like haaland fixtures much without KDB and think if I’ve come this far without just punt one more week?

We must go old school and not play out from the back.(critical).

Who do you think will be first back from injury?

    A. Jota
    B. Saka
    C. Calafiori?

Am thinking Jota but it's hard to find any useful updates...

      B. Arteta false news. I reckon he will play.

Had he played or featured yesterday, i would believe that.

But he was a complete no show, so i'm not sure he will.

Transfers done. Starting XI and bench correct?

    Pickford
    Gabriel, Lewis, VdV
    Salah, Palmer, Mbeumo, McNeil, Rogers
    Haaland, Solanke

    (Fab, Konsa, Faes, Jebb*)

I'd play Konsa instead of Gabriel/VDV myself.

Who's the most secure £4m defender as a replacement for Greaves?

Looking for a guaranteed starter for the long term (i.e. not losing their place when someone back from injury).

For context I have also have Konsa and Lewis who all starting doubts, with £0.3m ITB and 4FT.

VDB is as gaurenteed as you get for 4m not much other options. Bellis for southampton other than that

Is nobody commenting on this Son missing training and being a bit sore after West Ham? Might not be anything but that doesn't sound great, always a bounce factor risk with these players after a layoff. Potential cautionary tale for Wissa buyers too

The word sore gives me confidence actually. I am not getting him in tonight but I am setup to bring him in.
Id rather "sore" than niggle, knock, etc.

Wissa I want in but not 100% he starts. Him and Mbuemo did bits for me last season for a period!

Tricky one. Somethings gotta change for City, they are limping through games and Haaland isn't getting a touch. Bringing Foden in from the start might help this, but ultimately Haaland needs KDB and or Rodri.

Son probably edges it for me and I'm bringing him in until I think Chelseas fixtures turn.

Our rank rose for last 3 weeks, not scared to fall in rank now. Already get the benefit though. Life should be in balance. Wont wreck my team just for Haaland.

Pulled myself from 4m to 500k overall rank in the last three weeks, so not to bothered if he hurts me this week. Think I have good coverage elsewhere to match a haul. Hoping Mbuemo captain keeps up with him as well.

Understand Bukayo Saka is expected to be available for the upcoming match against Liverpool, having trained, pending any last-minute changes or niggles, meanwhile Riccardo Calafiori is set to undergo a crucial scan scheduled for today

Sam C is known for guessing. If you actually read the wording of the tweet, he’s already built in a couple of get out clauses. I’d take this with a pinch of salt
