Let's say I want to keep Haaland this and need to fix TAA, thoughts on getting Bruno instead of Palmer for the next two games?

They kinda seem equal on paper, like fixtures are similar, Bruno on form

Palmer's are just as good as Bruno's next two if not better plus Palmer plays for a the better side. So i don't see the point of going Bruno over Palmer for 2 games

Not ideal going against Palmer - flat track bully and certainty over Bruno

Agree. But don't want to take a hit to move him out. Although it might also mean negative THB points.

    Is this worth a -8

Wood, Mbeumo, Gvardiol & Gabriel > Pedro, Palmer, Davis & Mazroui

This means I can have Haaland, Salah & Palmer for this GW

    Any ideas would be appreciated

I'm in a similar situation and thinking it's easier to just get rid of Haaland tbh. That -8 can't be worth it.

    Hi folks,

    1) Lewis & Solanke -> Gabriel and Cunha - 4 point hit and won't work if prices change
    2) Solanke -> Cunha this week, no hit - then look at Lewis -> Gabriel next
    3) Do nothing, do both moves next week

Thoughts? Solanke v Man City so why do I have a nagging suspicion he'll get a return...

    1. Captain Mal
      • 1 Year
      1 year, 3 months ago

Both moves are reasonable, Lewis to Gabriel would be good this week, but I guess you don't have the money unless you do the other move?

      1. Merlinho
        • 16 Years
        1 year, 3 months ago

Yeah exactly, not convinced it’s worth the hit for both but fingers crossed the prices don’t move

        1. Captain Mal
          • 1 Year
          1 year, 3 months ago

I think Cunha is slightly better than Solanke this week, while Gabriel is much better than Lewis, so it could work, but I'd also be hesitant to do it.

I have 1 FT and a lot of cash ITB.

My plan is to sell Johnson now. And Mbeumo in a week or two.

Should I start with Johnson to Saka or Johnson to Fernandes?

If I get one now, I could still get the other one next week for Mbeumo.

The international break really does switch you off and confuse matters. I was going against Haaland captaincy before it became a thing, with 6 straight weeks of Salah as my captain (some weeks Haaland wasn't even my vc)

Now all of a sudden I'm thinking of captaining Haaland again, thank you international break you are about to destroy my great start to the season

People on wildcard, what we thinking re Saka, given the rumours?

Part of me thinks bring him in any way, and if he doesn't play until the following GW, no biggie.

Another part is thinking of swerving entirely, upgrading other spots, and then bringing in for GW 16 when the fixtures are better.

    thoughts?

    A. RAN (fixtures, attack, less CS)
    B. Hall (fixtures, hype)

    D. Mazaraori (new formation as Wing back, utd will be more solid?)

      B then A.

The thing with Wolves players as above you're essentially going for goals, and they typically don't score many as a team.

So you're banking on the side having turned the corner... and a sustained improvement.
