      Exactly my question too. On balance I think he probably is still first choice and starts but I don't know Ange's plan with Kulu/Maddison/Sarr. They did well against City and if all three start then Johnson has to give. But was that just a tactical play against City?

      I fear that after City selection he has become the super sub version of Adama Traore. His positioning is great but I heard that Ange has not been especially happy with his other outputs to the team.

      As a 90 mins guy, I would still love to keep him since I think positioning and awareness in the box have been great this season.

      I'm a bit cooler on Palmer this week with Kamara back for Villa (plus they have a decent record v Chelsea), and a slight uncertainty over whether Maresca might cramp his space in the hole again. Saka v Salah is really close but I think I'm going for Saka in case the City game turns out a little cagey. Full of confidence in Arsenal attack again now

        I don't expect Kamara to start - 3 days recovery and back from long term knee ligament injury. I think Gusto's availability will prevent Maresca with the same tactical setup as last weekend.

    Any strong or interesting opinions on Rutter v Mitoma? I'm quite torn. Probably fair to characterise it as a bit of a heart v head decision with some (former Leeds) bias for Rutter against the more solid xMins of Mitoma. I do also have João Pedro if that makes a difference (guess Rutter would most likely cover any rests he gets)

    I wanted to do Okoli to Dunk but it doesn’t seem certain he will start tonight.

    My other option is to replace Semenyo with someone in that price bracket. There doesn’t seem to be many great options for a straight 1 FT swap.

    I also looked at downgrading Archer to a 4.5 striker to get Mitoma for Semenyo for a -4 with 2 FTs.

    Thoughts? Any other ideas?
