    S. Larsen to Watkins for free? Have Isak and Wissa

Not for Watkins he's not looked near the level he was last season. None of the forward bar Isak and Cunha look decent though. I'd probably plump for one of Jackson, Solanke, or Mateta

Spurs or Arsenal attacker, or maybe jump onto Palace's good run of fixtures.

Jacob Murphy also going under the radar.

Is it risky to have 3 Newcastle players?

    Hall, Gordon, Isak

    1. The Tonberry
      • 2 Years

They're all good options and the best Newcastle player for each position so it's not risky.

Not something I would do though as it is a lot of eggs in one basket and I'd reserve the triple ups on DGW teams or teams near the top of the table

Problem is that at the moment apart from Isak and Cunha, im not convinced by anybody else.

I know Cunha (lack of his prompt ban and points) caused some emotions among people here but if one positive can be taken away for those who sold him too early it is the valuable lesson to not make rush decisions, ignore the price change predictions and don’t chase 0.1’s in value.

    Painful lesson but worth learning.

    Hi folks.

Who would you play from the following

A - Robinson at home to Bou
    B - Evanilson

Usually favour the attacker, but evanilson done zero since I’ve brought him in. Robinson also regularly gets assists so leaning towards him.

    1. Captain Mal

If you think your defenders are better than your attackers, then it's time to sell your attackers.

      1. Sir Michael Taker

Thats a real tough one as they play each other. I'd always back the attacker to do something over any team keeping a clean. I know Robinson has assist potential but is he more likely to assist than Evanilson dcoring or assisting? Robinson doesnt do goals. You'd be gutted if Evanilson was the one to bust that clean, double whammy.

I know it's a bit stupid but at this rate my best looking transfer is Pedro to Cunha, even if it were just for 1 match at Spurs.

The FA were working yesterday because their twitter account issued an update on a EFL player at 8pm.

I suspect they haven't been able to convene a disciplinary panel, if that's how the Cunha incident will be adjudicated.

        Just the 1

I've got £1.5m itb but will likely roll with Amad and also Diaz for a little more.

Newcastle's fixtures are okay, I don't think Spurs away can be categorised a ref in FDR. So perhaps I'll plump for Murphy or even Gordon for the next 5 or so.

        1. Captain Mal
          • 1 Year

In that case I wouldn't waste that one transfer to buy Cunha knowing I have to sell him in one or two weeks.

            Indeed

And there in is the rub.

I know Cunha has that spurs defence but he was Al basically playing as a deep lying for most of that game and surely he can’t abuse his xG any longer. I’m likely going A when the ban comes in anyway so this is best entry point?

No one is bringing him in because of his impending ban and so many removed as soon as he was charged and been punished.
