Firesale on Newcastle and Palace assets incoming if Pool make the final. Makes sense as they blank but don't double. FH29 is only alternative if your keeping assuming you're maxed on Pool and probably adding some Villa for their double.

    1. _Greg
      • 16 Years

I doubt Munoz, Mateta & Isak owners are selling, probably just banking free transfers instead to deal with it closer to the time.

Thats 3 plus 3 Pool plus how many Villa? And you cant begin to deal with Pool or Villa until 26 at the earliest. Very tricky to avoid a FH

May FH after this weekend, who knows? Probabily will anyway, will have 5 FT by 33 i hope. Good fixtures after 29 all 3 off them, Have Roger too but he will go (and Sarr who is on my bench to be sold to Bournemouth this week), no matter WHAT THE RESULT.

Lot of people avoiding FH29, but cant see a real downside.
Cry,New good fix 28 and 30, so you want players from both.
City good fix in 29, which a lot of teams dont have. Also FH29 option to punt on Wolves vs sou and avoid che assets vs arsenal.

      1. BUZZBOMB ♡
        • 11 Years

Max transfers will sort most of these (good) points. And dead-ending GW29 and WC30 will help also.

My current plan is to get Foden and Bowen in for Amad and potentially Mbeumo after these away games. Currently avoiding Palmer but not easy when it's Brighton next.

      3. Sir Michael Taker
        • 11 Years

The real downside to FH 29 imi is Arsenal and Chelsea play eachother and that could be quite low scoring so you have to trust the two misfiring Manchester clubs for goals. Wolves and Forest are fine but you can eaily get Wood and/or Cunha anyway, most already on Forest defence etc

        1. Free Hat
          • 7 Years

Its very team dependant I know.
But I dont understand people doing lots of transfers to absolutely avoid FH29, thats more my point.
I see a lot of merit in playing it that gw specifically.

        2. Ze_Austin
          • 7 Years

          FH29:
          Sels
          Gvardiol RAN Aina
          Foden Palmer/Bruno Kluivert Amad/Dango
          (C/VC)Haaland Cunha (C/VC)Wood

I like it, tbh. Cap depends on Haaland's and Brighton's form

          Allows this for GW28+:
          Henderson . Kepa
Trent Gabriel Aina . Hall RAN
Salah Palmer Foden Kluivert . Murphy
          Isak Gakpo Wood

      4. Yes Ndidi
        • 6 Years
        1 year, 4 months ago

33 into 34 could be carnage without a FH.

Would keep Alisson, Salah & Isak, and maybe Hall.
Easy to bring in Cunha, who has good fixtures either side of 29, for Gakpo

Even now can field the following:
        Muric (I know)
        Myko Milenkovic Gabriel, Kerkez
        Palmer Mbeumo Kluivert Bruno
        Wood.

Should see me through without losing too much ground.

    4. HelmutCool
      • 3 Years

Not that difficult. Selling 2x pool and Hall. Benching Salah, Isak and Munoz. Should be able to field full 11 without hits on gw29. Need FH for gw34.

My plan was to carry through Isak and Salah and a defender as otherwise you're playing 5 atb even if you can field an 11 in 29 and that doesnt feel great. Speaking of which I need to check who my potential defence has in 29 as it'll almost certainly be a back 4.

If you are planning to FH29, what do you do in GW34 blanks if those teams blanking are the same ones doubling in GW33?
