In his latest article, two-time Indian Fantasy Premier League (FPL) champion Lateriser talks us through his Gameweek 30 Wildcard thoughts and current draft.

So, the results from the FA Cup are out and a lot of Fantasy Premier League managers (including me) are now thinking of ‘pre-poning’ their Wildcard plans by a week.

    Due to injury to Haaland I need to swap him out for one, also have Wood and Evaninilson. Don't know if its worth to -4 wood out for one more and bench Evanilson

    On WC, 3.5m ITB, keeping 1.5m for Howe, anywhere you'd spend the extra 2m here (Sarr to Eze?) or just save for something like Muphy to Rashford after 32?

      Eze could be on pens if Mateta gets rested on plays another 60 minutes. Sarr is better away from home against high presses. It's close

    Have the 3 fixtures postponed out of GW34 been re-arranged yet? I've seen "highly likely" Man City double in GW33, and similar, but nothing definite.

    Planning AssMan Glasner GW31 but currently have 3x CP in WC

    Who is most disposable to allow me bring in Glasner?

      I have the same issue, except running Eze over Sarr in my WC.

      Thinking Mateta is a 100% keep, and then Munoz as the other. Munoz is 100% rotation proof, and even without CS points he's always good for for a G/A.

      All depends on your other defenders of course, as with Gabriel, Gvard etc its quite easy to get 3 good defenders without Munoz. I was looking at the Gabriel/Gvard/Trippier trio for this reason potentially.

    How much of a risk do we think Konsa is to start in GW 32 vs Southampton away given its sandwiched between their PSG games in the UCL?

    Hitting AM31, what are your thoughtsabout GW33?
    I intend to start with Howe but would switch for DGW33, Arteta, Emery, Pep? WC depending on this call e.g, if going triple Arsenal or City. Rather have triple CP so probably no Glasner.

    Morning all. Anyone else with AM chip thinking about not using WC in 30 and AM 31-33? My team is decent for this week and if I WC in 31 I can then BB in 32/33 and FH in 34. Is using AM 36-38 mad?

      That's a pity. You have a lot of players in place already that most WCers are bringing in.
      Are you using the AM chip 31-33 or keeping it for later on?
      What's the plan for BW 34 with no FH?

    I can't remember a season quite like this where the budget is completely meaningless because most of the premium assets are duds.

    Haaland - crocked, behind Chris Wood in FPL anyway
    Palmer - was crocked, terrible form.
    Saka - just back from being crocked, possible mins risk short-term.
    Son - finished. Barely scores more than Maddison on half his mins.
    De Bruyne - finished, mins risk.
    Foden - terrible season, mins risk.
    Watkins - not been a 90 min man this season, Villa european hangover.
    You can add in the crocked most expensive defender by miles to this list if you like.

    You could legitimately buy a more than half decent side with about 95m at the moment probably.
