Serie A Fantasy: Gameweek 13 Team Reveals is here. Managers are making big calls ahead of another key round in Italy’s top-flight. Form, fixtures and rotation are all in play this week.

In this feature, we break down the latest Gameweek 13 team reveals. Captains, transfers, differentials and targeted clubs are all covered. Use these squads to guide your own final decisions before the deadline.

NOTES

  • For the first time in a long while, I feel comfortable enough to roll my transfer.
  • The main objective is to bring in Gianluca Mancini next week, once the fixture against Napoli is out of the way. To make that move possible, I need to carry a second free transfer so I can unlock the required funds.
  • The squad is in a strong position overall, with every single time slot covered for captaincy.

NOTES

  • Christian Pulisic marked his return from injury with the winning goal against rivals Inter Milan and now becomes a priority transfer ahead of AC Milan’s favourable upcoming fixture run. Luka Modrić has largely disappointed since replacing Pulisic in Gameweek 8 and will now make way for the USMNT captain.
  • With Brooke Norton-Cuffy suspended for Gameweek 13 and Francesco Acerbi continuing to pose a rotation risk, I am likely forced into my first −5 of the season. Acerbi is the most probable exit, with Matteo Gabbia the leading replacement candidate. Carlos Augusto is also an option with Denzel Dumfries injured, although that move may simply be another transfer waiting to happen in the coming weeks.
  • Captaincy for Gameweek 13 will begin with Nico Paz, followed by Nicolò Zaniolo, Kenan Yıldız, Pulisic, Tiago Gabriel, Marco Carnesecchi, Matías Soulé and Riccardo Orsolini.

NOTES

  • This week, I am set to take my first −5 hit of the season. Norton-Cuffy was sent off at the weekend and is suspended, so he will be the first player to make way. Defensive replacements under consideration include Manuel Akanji or Alessandro Bastoni, depending on who I feel is the more secure starter. Victor Nelsson is another option, while Giovanni Di Lorenzo also appeals from an attacking perspective after Antonio Conte switched to a back three, although the difficult fixtures do reduce his appeal slightly.
  • The second transfer will be allocated to Masini. He is neither injured nor suspended, but he is no longer starting matches, and the longer I hold him, the more points I lose by lacking a usable bench option. The leading candidates to replace him are Pulisic, Alexis Saelemaekers and Hakan Çalhanoğlu.

NOTES

  • The big news this week is that Pulisic is back and scored in his last match. I want him long-term, so this feels like the right time to move. His fitness record this season has been mixed, so I will monitor team news closely.
  • Modrić will likely make way for Pulisic if he is cleared to start again.
  • I also need to address Norton-Cuffy. He has been a frustrating asset and now serves a suspension after his red card at the weekend.
  • I may take a hit if I find a budget defender I like as a long-term option.
  • I will keep switching captaincy across the matchdays unless I land a double-digit haul early, as long as I still have strong midfield options available.
