JACK SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

Mathew Turner looks like a strong option again this week, subject to Nathan Trott’s injury status.

Bolton Wanderers have two favourable home fixtures against sides that create very little, which puts clean sheets firmly in play.

Matt Young also benefits from fixtures against poor attacking teams, offering similar clean-sheet potential.

Oliver Wright of Accrington Stanley remains another reliable choice, with consistency and a solid defensive setup behind him.

DEFENDERS

Adebola Oluwo stands out once again as a strong defensive option. He offers reliable bonus potential and carries clear goal threat, alongside high clean-sheet chances.

Nathan Smith and Joe Wright also rate well this week, with both defenders benefiting from favourable fixtures and offering solid bonus potential.

MIDFIELDERS

Amario Cozier-Duberry is a top pick this week, with two home matches against weak opposition making him a strong attacking option.

Oliver Norwood and Lewis Wing also appeal during the busy Christmas period. Both take penalties and set pieces, average strong points totals, and should deliver steady returns.

FORWARDS

Daniel Udoh has excellent fixtures against struggling sides and carries genuine haul potential.

Yousef Salech also looks in great shape, arriving in strong form with impressive underlying numbers and favourable fixtures.

Blackpool’s Ashley Fletcher offers another differential option, particularly if he starts, with a promising attacking matchup.

TEAM PICKS

Bolton Wanderers, Salford City, and Cardiff City all stand out as strong team selections this week.

For managers looking to take a calculated punt, Barnet offer high upside with two favourable away fixtures.

DANNY SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

Sam Walker plays twice at home this week and looks like a solid option, with Bradford City remaining strong defensively on home soil.

Ryan Allsop also appeals, with Birmingham City playing both fixtures at home and conceding just nine goals there all season.

Lee Nicholls has excellent fixtures and carries strong potential for two clean sheets against sides that struggle to score.

DEFENDERS

Adebola Oluwo stands out with two favourable home fixtures and clear attacking threat, having already scored three times this season.

George Johnston is very much a fixture-based pick, with Bolton Wanderers continuing to excel defensively at home after conceding just five goals there so far.

Farrend Rawson offers a different route to points, producing high clearance numbers and benefiting from two home matches against struggling opposition.

MIDFIELDERS

Charlie Whitaker has been electric this season, delivering 10 goal involvements in 19 appearances, and now benefits from two home fixtures.

Hayden Hackney remains a strong all-round option, producing eight key passes last Gameweek and consistently delivering bonus points.

Amario Cozier-Duberry has excellent home fixtures and is expected to be heavily owned, making him a very strong asset for the week.

FORWARDS

Daniel Udoh has produced solid returns this season, with five goals and four assists from 15 matches, and now faces favourable fixtures.

Yousef Salech has found form recently and this Double Gameweek looks ideal for him to add to his 10-goal tally.

Ashley Fletcher also deserves consideration, arriving in good form with a goal and an assist across his last three matches and facing two sides that have conceded heavily in recent weeks.

TEAM PICKS

This week’s club selections focus on teams with two strong home fixtures. Middlesbrough, Bolton Wanderers, Cardiff City, and Salford City all stand out, with each carrying a strong chance of winning both matches.

DAN SAID…

GOALKEEPERS

Teddy Sharman-Lowe is my first goalkeeper this week. Only five goals have been conceded at home across ten matches, highlighting a strong defensive record. With two home fixtures in this Double Gameweek, he looks like a solid option.

Sam Walker is another appealing pick. Bradford City face two sides that have struggled away from home in attacking terms, while Bradford’s home form has remained strong. That combination makes a defensive asset worth backing.

Oliver Wright completes the goalkeeper picks. Accrington Stanley have two favourable home fixtures, which brings clean-sheet potential alongside strong save volume.

DEFENDERS

Adebola Oluwo is my standout defensive pick. Salford City have two good fixtures this week, giving him a strong chance of clean sheets. His aerial threat also adds extra attacking upside.

George Johnston looks like a very solid inclusion. Bolton Wanderers’ two home fixtures stand out, and their defensive record at home makes backing a Bolton defender an easy decision.

Joe Wright also appeals. Bradford City’s fixtures are favourable and he offers both defensive bonus potential and goal threat.

MIDFIELDERS

Davis Keillor-Dunn has been in excellent form, scoring four goals and providing two assists across his last six matches. He has shown real explosive potential in this format and now benefits from two strong home fixtures.

Hayden Hackney is a reliable all-round option. Middlesbrough have two home matches and he consistently offers multiple routes to points through key passes, recoveries, and bonus output.

Amario Cozier-Duberry completes the midfield picks. Two excellent fixtures give him strong haul potential, and he has shown throughout the season that he can deliver returns in multiple ways.

FORWARDS

Yousef Salech is my first forward pick. His home form has been outstanding, with six goals and two assists in his last six home matches. With Cardiff City playing twice at home, this feels like an ideal week to back him.

Harry Leonard also stands out. The Peterborough United forward has produced five goals and one assist in his last six appearances, alongside 11 shots on target in that spell. Two home fixtures against accommodating opposition increase his appeal.

Ashley Fletcher rounds off the forward line. Blackpool have two favourable home fixtures and he arrives in strong form, with four goals and three assists in his last six matches. He looks like a very solid option this week.

TEAM PICKS

This Double Gameweek offers plenty of strong home fixtures. The four clubs that stand out most are Bolton Wanderers, Middlesbrough, Salford City, and Cardiff City.

MERLIN SAID…

This round features a Double Gameweek with two favourable home fixtures, making several players strong targets across all positions.

GOALKEEPERS

Oliver Wright benefits from one of the strongest fixture runs of the round. Accrington Stanley’s two home matches give him clear clean-sheet potential, alongside plenty of save upside.

Bailey Peacock-Farrell also appeals, with Blackpool continuing to improve with each performance. That progress strengthens his chances of delivering solid defensive returns this week.

Nathan Trott completes the goalkeeper options. The Cardiff City stopper looks a class above at this level, offering reliability, strong baseline points, and consistent clean-sheet potential.

DEFENDERS

Joe Low is a dependable option at the back. The Huddersfield Town centre-back is nailed for minutes and offers steady defensive returns with bonus potential.

Adebola Oluwo remains a standout pick. His aerial dominance makes him a major threat from set pieces, while Salford City look well placed defensively in this round.

George Johnston also deserves consideration. Bolton Wanderers’ centre-back provides security of starts and strong clean-sheet potential, particularly with two favourable home fixtures.

MIDFIELDERS

Amario Cozier-Duberry looks like the most explosive midfielder in the league. He operates at a level above much of the competition and carries genuine haul potential in this Double Gameweek.

Davis Keillor-Dunn continues to impress in an advanced role. Operating effectively as a striker despite being listed as a midfielder, he remains highly clinical and well-suited to this format.

Oliver Norwood is now fully fit following injury and has produced elite Fantasy output. Averaging 9.2 points per game, he currently leads the league for points per appearance.

FORWARDS

Adam Armstrong has been transformed since the change in management. He is scoring freely, leading the line with confidence, and looks well-positioned to continue that form.

Lorent Tolaj remains central to his side’s attacking output. As the first-choice penalty taker and team talisman, he arrives off the back of a hat-trick and carries strong upside.

Yousef Salech rounds off the forward options. He is a clinical finisher playing for the league’s strongest side and comes into the round in excellent form.

TEAM PICKS

This double gameweek offers several standout home fixtures. Bolton Wanderers, Accrington Stanley, Salford City, and Cardiff City all rank among the best fixture options, making their players clear targets this week.
