Two more Premier League matches to come now as Gameweek 19, and the first half of the Premier League season, draws to a close.

It’s Brentford v Tottenham Hotspur and Sunderland v Manchester City.

Kick-off in both fixtures is at 20:00 GMT.

TEAM NEWS

Pep Guardiola has kept changes to a minimum over the last month or so but he’s made two tonight.

The most surprising one comes in defence as Nathan Ake comes into the side in place of Josko Gvardiol.

Further forward, Savinho replaces Tijjani Reijnders, who drops to the bench alongside Gvardiol.

Jeremy Doku is also among the substitutes after recovering from injury.

Just the one alteration for Sunderland as Eliezer Mayenda is brought in to replace the benched Chris Rigg.

And there’s also just one solitary change for Brentford, who prepare to host Tottenham Hotspur.

Jordan Henderson is back in the starting line-up to replace Mathias Jensen.

Igor Thiago starts a midweek game for the first time this season.

Thomas Frank is back at his former club and makes three changes, one enforced due to the injury sustained by Lucas Bergvall at the weekend.

Joao Palhinha benefits from the Swede’s absence.

Cristian Romero returns from suspension to replace Kevin Danso, while Wilson Odobert gets the nod over Randal Kolo Muani.

Brennan Johnson is nowhere to be seen as he prepares to put pen to paper on a move to Crystal Palace.

LINE-UPS

is donna lowkey actually a good pick? i know i know hes got points recently so maybe abit of a kneejerk reaction, but the amount of saves he makes/has the chance of making alongside decent enough clean sheet potential

    5 weeks have gone by with barely any progress: 194k -> 140k -> 182k -> 182k -> 180k.

Now Gab is back to ruin it all since I aint getting him. Not owned him all season and still wont for a few weeks at least.

Dorgu is losing his spot in the starting lineup as soon as afcon players return..

O'Reilly to Gabriel and then consider VvD to Gvardiol later? Knowing Pep these early subs are always a sign of danger. I sold already Wilson for Rogers, but I can't see how I could manage without taking a hit at some point, so perhaps better bite the bullet now.

If there's a chance you'll need to take a hit to get the team you want, do it sooner rather than later.

Looking at my team going in to gw20, it is either a -8 hit or WC

    1. Yes Ndidi
      • 6 Years

Holding that WC should be worth more than those 8 points later in the season.

    B) VVD > Gabriel
    C) Both for a -4

9,589, 287 GWR for me. 50k red. To go with the 80k red last week and the 40k red the week before.

Too early to wildcard imo especially now that January transfer window is open + AFCON stuff.

    Petrovic (Dub)
    Gabreil, O'Reilly, Keane,(Rodon, Alderete)
    Saka, Cunha, Foden, Rogers, (LeFee)
    Haaland, Ekitike, Thiago

    1FT, 0.4m ITB

Somehow managed to get out of that GW with a 5 point green arrow thanks Alderete auto sub, and late decision to swich from Saliba to Gabreil based on price rise before GW deadline.

Is this a hold and hope at least one of Gabreil and Keane starts? The 0.4 could then be used on Petrovic to Sanchez the week after.
