Serie A Fantasy Gameweek 27 arrives with injuries piling up and European fixtures just around the corner, increasing the risk of rotation across several sides. That added uncertainty makes planning even more important this week.

Our experts share their latest thoughts and strategies ahead of the deadline.

NOTES

  • Despite the number of flags in my squad, I don’t feel the need to make a transfer this week. Torbjorn Heggem is back training with the team, Moise Kean looks fine and remains in outstanding goalscoring form, while Matteo Gabbia still has a chance of featuring against Cremonese. I’ll make a late decision on whether to sell him or hold.
  • Alessandro Bastoni misses the Genoa match through suspension, but he remains a strong long-term asset. I’m comfortable keeping him and playing with 14 if needed.
  • Rolling the transfer this week should leave me better positioned to navigate the Milan derby next round.

NOTES

  • Despite both of my transfers blanking last week, I still managed to score over 100 points and now sit 14th in the world.
  • This week feels straightforward. I need to sell the injured Matteo Gabbia. The most likely replacements are either Jocobo Ramon – a more short-term, template option – or Alessandro Circati, who offers a stronger long-term play.

NOTES

  • After surviving what felt like the most horrifying Gameweek of all time with seven flagged players, this week looks far less chaotic. The only real issues are Matteo Gabbia and Oumar Solet.
  • I have just one free transfer, so I’m hoping at least one of those flagged defenders recovers in time and saves me from taking a hit. Alessandro Circati or an Inter defender top my shortlist if I need a replacement at the back. If both defenders miss out, I’ll probably avoid the hit anyway and run with 14 players this week.
