Haaland feels much better but they have a training session today to assess. Same response for O'Reilly

Pep on Haaland: "He feels much better but yesterday we didn't train, and now we have training, and we will decide today."

      On O'Reilly: "The same."

Leaks probably less likely as they play Wed night unless he's 100% out. If its a 50/50 call they probably leave it until Wednesday to decide

Arguably we've been pretty shocking since Mata played for us.

Tbf the entire team has changed since the 4-1 loss to Newcastle last year.

            United XI @ Newcastle '25:
Bayindir; Yoro, Lindelof, Mazraoui; Amass, Eriksen, Ugarte, Dalot; Garnacho, Bruno; Zirkzee

Rapid shift over the past year.

Which was a big chance since the 1-0 loss the year prior

              United XI @ Newcastle '23
Onana; Wan-Bissaka, Maguire, Shaw, Dalot; McTominay, Mainoo; Rashford, Bruno, Garnacho; Martial

Line-up doesn't really matter when when it comes to these types of records. We've only won 5 times there since Fergie retired, 3 of which were more over a decade ago.

Keeping and giving him the armband. I think he'll either start or miss out completely. Bruno likely to be my vice captain.

Besides, I've invested a lot of money in him and don't want to lose anything, as I'll probably need every cent for a GW 33 BB.

I believe that, of all the players, Rice is least likely to go big.

Palmer and JP have a Villa side who just lost to Wolves. Thiago is ticking along nicely and Wilson has a great fixture.

    3. Deulofail

I think this is a decent fixture for Rice, but it would be difficult to bench the rest. Pedro was my first thought, too. Hard to know what the rotation at Chelsea will look like against Wrexham on Saturday, what with the CL game the following Wednesday, but an argument could be made to bench Palmer. Maybe Pedro is rested at the weekend with Delap filling his place, while Palmer is going to start both games and get taken off early? I don't really know enough about Chelsea to speculate any further, but it's something to bear in mind.

This is what the team looks like right now with 1FT:
    Pickford
    Gabriel / VVD / Hill / O'reilly
    Mbuemo / Rice / Rogers / Semenyo (C)
    Thiago / Haaland
    (Dubs / Enzo / Alderete / Kroupi)

Could be a smoke screen on Nico, he might not be training.

Would you take a hit to being in Thiago?

It's to lose Guiu and I need to do it by Gw31.

It downgrades the defence tho, Nico to Hill so isn't ideal.
