It’s not often that we get to spend a good portion of the ScoutCast discussing Leicester City’s rich array of Fantasy talent.

That’s how this week’s episode pans out, as Luke aka “D1sable” does his George Boyd act to come off the bench and join myself, Granville and Jonty to analyse the impending double Gameweek.

We tackle the usual ScoutCast regulars, whilst deflecting the latest round of questions from the community, assessing the great Foxes hunt, the Hazard versus Sterling gamble and even how we can possibly eek out a valid target amongst the Hull City squad. Meanwhile, Granville is dreaming of a three-digit points bonanza as he joins the world’s number one in activating his belated FPL Wildcard.

This week’s episode was beamed out live on Monday evening via Google Hangouts. You can catch the full fat version via the player below.

For those who prefer a more refined, fine dining version, you’ll need to click this link or use the smaller player below for the edited MP3 audio.

Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel and Google Plus page to keep informed of when future ScoutCast hit the screen.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

I've finally reached the stage in my wildcard where i feel like just ignoring the arsenal double gameweek and worrying about it in 2 weeks time when I'll have 2 transfers and overpriced liverpool and chelsea players in my team

Leicester defender worth a -4 if the alternative is playing Wolly with Toby in reserve?

wolly might outscore a leicester defender this week, but u could keep a leicester defender till the end of the season due fixtures

That's what I'm thinking. It would be for Dawson who actually has a decent GW36.

I also have Remy so Wolly may be needed

Wolly has a great chance of a cleansheet this week, so no.

Ah I see...well one of Remy and Aldi should play, you'd think. But Lei do have a good run in as you say, so you could invest in one for a hit. I'd lose Aldi over Wolly if you do, though.

really?? Boyd, Duff, Downing, Taylor would all go for me. I know they all have good fixtures fixtures...but where's the explosive upside!?

Would you explain Ryan Taylor and Murray ? If you don't mind. Nice to see a WC so different to the standard templates

      1. Bøwstring The Carp

Taylor is a punt based on Newcastle finding some sort of form over their good fixtures (which is a big ask)

But the fact he's so cheap and on set pieces is a nice safety net if the clean sheets are out of reach

My last week for owning Murray, have 4-point-something in the bank to upgrade him to Giroud

    Thinking of

    A silva coutinho for -4
B dawson skrtl for -4, but would later need another -4 to get all arsenal attacking players in i want
C clyne to skrtl for -4

it should pay for itself this GW.. if not work out favourably.. but over the course of the remainder of the season I can see Skrtel doing better for you than Clyne would, so it's an investment of sorts!

I think the form is more concerning than the fixtures, but at least they have shown they can deliver defensively even when they are failing elsewhere!

You could also save.. depending on how many DGW players you already have.

I mostly went Clyne because I think there could be rotation worries with his contract and Southampton have some away fixtures and they've been floundering when away recently so.. that was my main reasoning!

  12. FPL Maldini

I have already got Henderson and Skrtl, do I...

    a) Hamer to Mignolet (-4)

Hi all, bit of advice please! My previous transfers have been Naughton, Silva and Nugent so not had much luck! (although fingers crossed Silva may make this weekend)

    Kasper*
    Ivan* // Clyne // Wolls
    Haz* // Sterling* // Cout* // Silva
    Kun // Kane // Nugent*
    Pant -- Phillips -- CDawson -- Naughton

Got the above hit free (did Eriksen to Sterling this week). For Nugent unless we hear anything else gonna play and hope for no horrible cameo as happy with Phillips(WHU).
    So

    A) No hits and leave above team.
    B) Dawson > Skrtel (-4) and play over Clyne. (funds for Nugent > Giroud next week)
    C) Clyne > Skrtel (-4) (funds for Nugent & Coutinho > Giroud & Ramsey over next 2 GWs)

    Thanks in advance!

“We have one more training session and we’ll assess Hugo again tomorrow, but he’s close ,” said Mauricio after training on Thursday.

Kyle Walker remains sidelined with a foot injury but Mauricio said the rest of the players were available for selection for the trip to St Mary’s (12.45pm).

Not sure if posted - latest on chelsea striker situation.

Jose Mourinho, the Chelsea manager, is hoping to be handed a double boost ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Arsenal with Didier Drogba and Diego Costa both aiming to declare themselves fit.

Drogba is optimistic he could be fit enough to start Chelsea’s key game at the Emirates, while the Blues have not yet given up hope that top-scorer Costa may be able to at least take a place on the substitutes’ bench.

Costa has been out with a hamstring problem, but has been working hard all week to try to be ready for the leaders’ trip to second-placed Arsenal. Mourinho and the Chelsea medical staff do not want to gamble on Costa’s fitness, which means the Spain international may start on the bench if Drogba is fit.

I think many have resorted to C.. but you'll make no friends. And nobody likes a kitten killer either..

      I think A or B - safety in numbers 😉

    Guys and Gals

I don't post for advice often but I think I have a tricky one........

    Team for gw 34 is

    Davis (myhill)
    Schlupp. Ivan skirtel (Dawson, pva)
Hazard , fabregas, silva, bolasie (siggy)
    Kun, Kane, giroud

I have a 43 pt mini league lead we both have silva he also has sterling who I can bring in for. 4pt hit for silva

    Any advice?

It's sky game so I can captain someone on Saturday and then switch to hazard for his game 😉

Seriously, Jose, just hire me for half of Remy's wages. I can play a much better game of hide and seek and my fake injury groans are second to none.

Is it too risky to play both:
    Schmeichel and Schlupp?

Well if you have both, there must be a reason.

I'm on a WC so i'm questioning whether playing the two might be a bit risky.
Leicester are unlikely to keep a CS against Chelsea and Burnley away will be a tough fixture

Ok. So you're in a fantastic position being on a WC. Get rid of one if you don't want them for the double. I would play both though.
