It’s not often that we get to spend a good portion of the ScoutCast discussing Leicester City’s rich array of Fantasy talent.

That’s how this week’s episode pans out, as Luke aka “D1sable” does his George Boyd act to come off the bench and join myself, Granville and Jonty to analyse the impending double Gameweek.

We tackle the usual ScoutCast regulars, whilst deflecting the latest round of questions from the community, assessing the great Foxes hunt, the Hazard versus Sterling gamble and even how we can possibly eek out a valid target amongst the Hull City squad. Meanwhile, Granville is dreaming of a three-digit points bonanza as he joins the world’s number one in activating his belated FPL Wildcard.

This week’s episode was beamed out live on Monday evening via Google Hangouts. You can catch the full fat version via the player below.

For those who prefer a more refined, fine dining version, you’ll need to click this link or use the smaller player below for the edited MP3 audio.

Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel and Google Plus page to keep informed of when future ScoutCast hit the screen.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

And he's fine. We knew that when he left hospital. Still one of the best prospects in the game and with amazing fixtures. People are blinded by the DGW.

And people are selling Kane for Vardy, for a hit! its gone nuts this place I tell you. Have to blame the WCers I suppose for all this hysteria.

I find it tiresome that people on here spend 6 months complaining that teams are too template and now people are idiots for taking risks on dgw players like Vardy and N'Doye . I don't see the point in holding Kane , Aguero and Silva . My rank is poor so I might aswell rise or fall significantly

There is no right or wrong way to play the game. But taking out excellent players for poor players is not a good decision IMO, DGW or not.

Kane to Benteke would be a good differential, I'd support that. Potential goal scoring defenders from Leicester are probably worth a go considering there aren't many obvious defensive choices at the moment. Pick the right moments to back differentials and don't ruin teams for the season now because of one DGW. Its just about being sensible with when to chose your moments on being different.

One can argue that this is the time of the season when 'sense' and logic go out the window to an extent . Teams are going to go for it and try and win games. Look at Sunderland last season they looked dead and buried . Leicester looked dead and buried this season until three weeks ago . High risk high reward

Or high failure 😕 No I don't understand in making transfers that aren't logical. Maybe in the last GW when we know there will be heavy rotation and its a 1 game punt but right now its far too early to start your sprint finish. Perhaps its better to take your risks with the captaincy because at least you still have the right players in your squad.

This means you haven't owned him since he was 9.4? Hard to see how you're benefiting from the price drops in that case.

I got him for 9.9 (Joined the bandwagon late) every time he is about to drop, I transfer him out and then get him back in after the drop, ultimately saving 0.1

Yep. Sanchez can be replaced at Arsenal by Ramsey at a push, who can match Sanchez sometimes. He's the one that can go if money is needed.

Silva has great fixtures too so that cancels out. What needs to be factored in is City are an excellent attacking team and Silva is one of the best attacking players in the league.

Am I smart in doing Kane to vardy instead of bolasie to Henderson. Gives me

Bolasie and vardy (HUL bur CHE) for 34 and
Ramsey and vardy (hul NEW) for 35

    Other option

Henderson and Kane (wba Hul sou) for 34

Ivano far better chance of defensive returns and possibly attacking too. Chelsea likely to be cagey vs Arsenal, Schlupp has been disappointing in both attacking and defensive returns recently, Cambiasso can be benched as a 5th mid to save transfers down the line

Don't want Giroud in GW35, keeping Sanchez on the WC is my plan for 37... Chelsea and Liverpool have just as good fixtures after the double. Gives plenty of time to get Giroud in for 37.

Is Andy Robertson gonna start for Hull? Says so in team news here but can't see info anywhere else.

Not so sure. Maybe he will play one game.

Feckit. Could be a nice attacking option, though not many CS. Might settle for Moreno but him and rest of Pool defence are not convincing me.

Would we hear about it before the weekend if a Liverpool player got injured. Is it worth risking a transfer at this stage of the season just to save 0.1/0.2m?

Here is my WC team. In the words of Ron Swanson, like it or not, I don't care 🙂

    Schmeichel
    Terry - McShane - Moreno
    Sterling - Coutinho - Sanchez - Cambiasso - Hazard
    Augero - Vardy

    (Davis, Clyne, PvA, Kane)

Defence might get tinkered with. I somehow still have 5.7m left, and that's more than I need for Vardy to Giroud.

Are we getting a little carried away with Leicster? Away to Burnley and home to chelsea, and they are not exactly a great side....will they do that well?

Your side looks very good though, 3 liverpool tick, two chelsea , pretty good (would prefer three of them)

      Aguero, Sanchez, makes sense.

      A solid bench.

      I give it a 7/10.

Schmeichel will be benched for possibly the rest of the season, and Vardy sold immediately.

Might be worth considering if I want both Camb and Vardy, I guess.

    Keep Remy?

Wait and see what's said in presser tomorrow. I think it is worth holding. not worth the hit for someone who might not out perform him anyway...

    Simple question -
For a hit Cesc or Terry ?

neither.. unless you only have Hazard.. then probably Terry..

I have Hazard and Ivan from Chelsea
Henderson and Schulpp for DGW with 2 FTs

        What are my options?

I think Sterling, Skirtle and Terry/Cesc

I think Sterling and Skrtel are probably enough. I dunno if i'd take a hit for another Chelsea player when they will probably park the bus..

If I had the chance, I would definitely hit John Terry

Wish this GW would come round, I'm getting sick of keep changing my WC team.

    Anyway latest incarnation:

    Schmeichel
    Terry Moreno Schlupp
    Fabregas Hazard Sterling Coutinho Silva
    Aguero Vardy

    Davis Giroud Duff PVA
    0.1 ITB

    Plan is
    GW35 Save
    GW36 Fab -> Ramsey
GW37 Silva -> Sanchez Coutinho -> Sunderland mid

    GTG???

So with Lucas still out, is it worth doing Clyne -> Skrtel for a hit? And is Coutinho now a better option than Henderson?

I don't like the idea of taking hits for defenders.. unless it frees up money for moves elsewhere.. I think in Skrtel's case though.. he might be an investment for the rest of the season. I think I'd risk it, mainly because Clyne is unlikely to be good value til the end. Southampton's season seems all but over, and they have all those away fixtures.

      I prefer Henderson, though..

So you have your WC ready for next week. Would you do Silva to Coutinho for a hit? 2 freebies already used.

    Panti Myhill
    Terry Skrtl Morgan (Clyne Bruce)
    Hazard Fab Sterling Silva (Cork)
    Kun Giroud Kane

Appreciate the 2nd opinion. I was dead set to pull the trigger but I'm starting to think that with the -4, May not be worth it. Anyone else have input?
