In the end being consistent gets you a great rank it seems.
6 out of 8 GW34 WCers got through this round.Lessons to learn
1. hold your WC for long.
2. poor start is irrelevant (1.6 mil here). Like they said, it's a marathon not a sprint.The WC part is more about when your team needs it unless you are willing to have a mini WC with hits. Scoring very well with a WC in DGW helps but it could have been 2 or 3 sides scoring poorly FPL wise like Pool did. Hull & Leicester really helped the WCers.
My WC experience this season:-
GW23 - 110 points (GW rank 131)
GW34 - 101 points (GW rank 1.6k) - No Hull players
Never been luckier, but I can easily said I made my own luck - at least part of it 😉
WC is very crucial and golden - I'd prefer to fix a messed up team with a few hits rather than wasting my WC.95 and 101 for me with WC in those GWs.
Picked the best GW to Jan WC was essential.
Plenty were forced to WC in GW21 & plenty felt forced to WC early in the season.Can't help 'em if they were forced. But I had a terrible opener - could've gone the usual (not csual) way of WCing in GW2 or 3 but then I held firm and the rest is history.
How many got knocked out? I'm amazed I'm still alive. Prior to the Arsenal game I was near dead last. But looks like many ppl did take out Sanchez

Kane is hard to get rid of, because he's burned non-owners or those who have benched him on occasion so many times this year. And, City aren't exactly air tight at the back. Just the way the cookie crumbled. I still have him too.

A bit of rotation in the Leicester mids. Cambiasso's really the only one not being benched right now.
I'd do Gomez for the double but you'll want to lose him the week after. If that's a hassle I'd order the rest 3, 1, 2, but none of them are particularly appealing.
For what it's worth, I'm considering Grealish or Young (unsure I can afford him now though). I already have Albrighton. If I could afford Cleverly I might go for him.

Arsenal have 3 home games in 4. Ozil does much better at home. ramsey does better away. And it's quite obvious why. Ramsey is always looking to nick a goal away from home, and ozil does better at home because it's more possession football where he can find a killer pass against deep lying defences. I think I've made my mind up 🙂Ozil *differential option* for me

Sold Sanchez for Sterling last week. Had the money to rectify this but used the FT upgrading Vardy to Giroud as my rival also owns Sterling. Illogical rookie mistake I told myself I would try to avoid coming in to this season.

True, but there are decent players in the top 15,000 too and I've made up 9,500 places in two weeks (which I could just as easily lose again.) Never say never in FPL, that's what I've learned these past two seasons.

What is the census of Ramsey injury right now? Thanks.I'd say he's fine, especially with a full week to "heal". He kept playing after the injury, even after the halftime break. He came out when the "job was done", if you will. Precautionary, especially given his relative injury history. The form he is in, it was probably wise for Wenger just to take him out.
