This week’s episode of the ScoutCast certainly doesn’t lack “Kahunas” but it does go without my nasal tones.

Another bout of man-flu got the better of me this week but, rather than can the episode, I allowed the lunatics to take over the asylum and run this nonsense without me. Granville and Jonty rise to the occasion, ably abetted by this week’s star guest, Jack Wain – previously number two in the world and still part of the pack giving chase to former guest, Simon March.

Jack makes his appearance just as his gutsy gamble to ignore the sure-fire Sergio Aguero captaincy backfires. Granville and Jonty analyse his brave fall from grace, while quizzing our FPL luminary on the Gameweek 37 double and the great Eden Hazard dilemma, all courtesy of another round of questions from you, the community.

    I really don't know what to do

    I have Hazard and Coutinho in midfield, I could get rid of one of them for Silva. Or I could a free transfer on upgrading my forwards. What to do? Would you swap coutinho for silva?

    Arsenal will get 3m if Barca wins CL as a part deal when Vermaelen transferred to them.

    So we got 15m out of an injured player who hasn't played a single CL game this season for Barca and he is bringing us 3m

        They may not win that many trophies under Wenger, but the thing is... they didn't win that much in the 100 odd years before Wenger either.

        How many top 4 finishes before Wenger?
        How many League title before Wenger?
        How many FA Cups before Wenger?

          You have a point but we raised the bar when we had Henry, Bergkamp, Viera etc

          Then that 8-9 years with zero title gap looked as if we downgraded the club to nailed on for 4th spot year in year out.

            Be thankful you've maintained high standards and top 4 finishes every year though.

            Aside from the George Graham spell around 88-92, Arsenal won pretty much nothing from the '71 team until Wenger arrived. And they didn't win an awful lot in the 50s and 60s either.

            Basically, if George Graham wasn't involved, Arsenal won nothing for around 40 years until Wenger turned up.

            Always makes me laugh when some Arsenal fans want him out.

              I don't agree with most of your statement.

              It isn't about being grateful on 4th spot. It is about titles. I couldn't care less what's happened when George Graham was there etc.

              When you raise the bar, you maintain it. . As an arsenal fan, I prefer AW out too because it is time for a change/challenge.

                Be careful what you wish for.
                Liverpool and Spurs will be challenging in the next few years. And both will be increasing their stadium size, fan base, and income streams.
                I can see a top six challenging for those 3 or 4 Cl places over the next few years.
                Don't take top 4 for granted.
