This weekend offers the last opportunity to clinch a spot in Mondogoal’s £30,000 World Championship, with a “Super Qualifier” contest, offering enhanced odds, available for entry.

A week on Sunday, Mondogoal will crown their first ever World Champion, awarding them a cool £10,000 first prize pot.

If you’ve yet to claim one of the 170 places in that final day contest you have one last opportunity to get involved.

In addition to the regular £2 qualifying contest, Mondogoal’s “Super Qualifier” offers a spot to the top five managers in a contest limited to 150 entries. You can take your place in that for just £10.

The £30,000 World Championship

How Does it Work?

To get involved, you need to win one of Mondogoal’s £30k qualifying contests. You can enter these for just £2.

How Do I Enter?

In addition to the Super Qualifier, Mondogoal are running a £2 entry contest, offering a qualifying spot to the winning manager.

Don’t forget, you can enter multiple contests with the same Mondogoal line-up with the click of a button.

Having multiple teams will obviously increase your outlay but, with the ability to block out defences, you’ll certainly be increasing your chances of hitting a big score.

Once you’ve created your squad for one contest, go to your list of entries, click on a contest and then click “Enter This Line-up in Other Contests”.

If you’re new to Mondogoal and want the inside skinny, be sure to check out our strategy guide here, and our interview with top Mondogoal manager, ChrisDAFC here.

FF Scout Gameweek 37 Picks

mg

Our mission this week was to find a place for Steven Gerrard. His selection in our midfield, ahead of an emotional contest at Anfield, looks essential given that he’ll surely be going all-out to crown his farewell with a third goal in as many matches.

After Gerrard, our next priority was to find goals up front and, not surprisingly, Sergio Aguero offered us the most assured route here. Even against a highly organised Swansea outfit at the Liberty, the Argentine looks a shoo-in amongst a set of fixtures that looks hugely unpredictable.

Certainly the threat of rotation from Chelsea troubles us and led us to avoid the selection of their assets. So, without Eden Hazard in the mix, David Silva was another must-have in the middle of the park and he’s joined by the dependable (and cheap) George Boyd: we figure that the relegated Clarets will look to go out with a statement in their final Turf Moor encounter with Stoke. With that in mind, Danny Ings also claims a place in our attack as he looks to boost his reputation ahead of an inevitable summer move.

Elsewhere, Newcastle’s must-win scenario for their trip to QPR inspires us to put faith in a trio of their assets. We’ve gone with Ayoze Perez as a budget striker, backed by the substantial presence of Moussa Sissoko in midfield. Having rewarded us with an assist last weekend, we’re also keeping faith with dead-ball specialist Ryan Taylor at the back.

A heads-up – this weekend’s Qualifying contests exclude the early kick-off at Southampton, enabling you to tweak your lineup right up until 2.50pm on Saturday.

Click here to sort your lineup.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

1FT and 1.6 in the bank. I'd like to get Sanchez, but it's quite hard to do so whilst keeping Hazard. I don't mind taking a hit though. Any advice all?

    Adrian
Terry - Bellerin - Clyne - Van Aanholt
    Hazard - Ozil - Coutinho - Sterling
    Aguero - Kane

    Hamer - Murray - Boyd - Moreno

btw if I want no hits, and a 3rd Arsenal player...it's Skrtel > Kosc.

        Team would be

        Schmeichel
        Terry PVA KOSC
        SANCHEZ Hazard Silva Hendo
        Kun GIROUD Kane

I personally think Defoe will score over the course of 2 games.

However, I think Kane has an excellent chance of scoring as well.

Also, worth having a plan in GW38 as you don't want to play a striker away to Chelsea.

They deserve to go to be honest with you.

Any team that loses a game 8-0 has no business being in the top flight.

But they've been spawny for years now and knowing their luck Spurs will decide to turn up tomorrow, my lot will somehow conspire to beat Newcastle and one of them 2 will end up coming down with us and Burnley.

Toon have West Ham last game of season, Fat Sam meets his ex-employer! This relegation battle is brilliant, some club is going to be truly jammy!

I think Newcastle need to win tomorrow as they may struggle
if they need a win against West Ham.

West Ham have nothing to play for.

BFS will be pumped up and full of himself if he can beat his ex-employers.

Also I can see the Newcastle crowd being very nervy if they need a win and that rarely helps their team.

Different matter if Newcastle are safe by then.

To be fair, if Newcastle can't beat our sorry mob when we're down already and they are battling for their Premier League lives then they probably deserve to go down.

could be high scoring that game!

(now contemplating bringing in Austin for Vardy)

Anybody else considering 3 Arsenal mids? I have 1 FT & 3.9 ITB with the following front 8:

    Hazard Sanchez Ozil Sterling (Boyd)
    Aguero Kane Vardy

    A) Boyd -> Cazorla bench Vardy
    B) Kane -> Giroud

That does seem like the best option. I have exact cash for Boyd to Caz, I should perhaps take that as a sign 🙂

Best Arsenal midfielder to get other than Sanchez? Money not an issue.

Stats say Caz, watching latest Arsenal games I'd say Rambo (if fit)

Heart does say Ozil, as a punt, though.

    2. Malcolm Tucker for England …

Grealish vs Wickham - obvs Wickham wins for this week.

BUT worth a transfer (Ndoye to Wickham) and therefore losing the double transfer next week?
