In this latest article for Members we combine the current ownership data in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game and our very own ICT Index* data, to find a collection of ten players who could provide handy differentials over the weeks to come.

With the emphasis on value in the current Fantasy landscape – we particularly targeted budget players who could plug the gaps in your squad – with just one notable exception from Villas-Boas’ Kings Road fraternity.

    N'Zogbia out, Mata in. Worth a hit?

    If I keep N'Zogbia I'll be playing either him away at Everton or Sinclair away at Arsenal. My other subs will be Baines and Enrique.

    i'm waiting on Arteta for now.
    Brunt looks good and RVP also.
    I have Suarez Dzeko and Rooney upfront and would like RVP but now it's going to be hard as they've all made money....

    Tevez and Mario to start Saturday with Aguero rested due to long trip and Dzeko also playing mid week.. Mancini's thinking save them for CL next week

    God I hope this happens as am transfering Aguero to RVP and everyone seems to have Dzeko

      John D, good post and something i've been thinking about.
      I had Aguero and transferred him to Dzeko to make a bit of cash.
      I personally think Dzeko will play some part with Aguero making way for Tevez.
      Dzeko is in such good form at the moment so it seems hard for Mancini to drop him now he's finally up and running.
      Aguero is in Bangladesh or somewhere for a friendly 3 days before the match so i think he'll be rested.
      Man.City have something like 7 games in 3 weeks so Man.City rotation is going to be a headache for all!
      Which leads me to this question...Rooney or Dzeko for captain?!!

        If Dzeko only play some part then quite risk to put him as captain provided Rooney is guaranteed starter....
        Mancini might play Tevez as lone striker like last season...

              I think Dzeko will play (as I said below I hope not and Mario does for rotation - unlikely but here's hoping)

              His partner will either be Aguero or Tevez.. My money is on Tevez which is why Aguero is out of my team for RVP

        For me out of the two, Rooney as captain out of the two.. Although I have Rooney but am making RVP captain when I trf him in..

          Dzeko is a healthy bloke in top form, i doubt that mancinni will cut him completely i reckon we'll see 60minutes of Edin 30 of mario 90 of tevez 0 of augero
          or maybe instead of mario, johnson could get a run and they push into a 4-2-3-1

              There is just so much uncertainty with man city.. If he plays mario and tevez... it will really throw a spanner in the woodworks for everyone... I'm just going with Silva who is gauranteed (i hope) I know I will probably regret not having a man city forward but I will wait until things become a little clearer and hope my Rooney, Suarez, RVP combo works

    It's the typical gameweek where you don't captain a Man.City player incase of roation, then they go and score big. Afterwards the obvious pick stares you in the face....and you think "now why didn't i do that instead?!"

          Did it about 5-6 years ago. Thought that was the one that metamorphasised into FPL?

          Problem with that game was that you could only make one transfer per MONTH!

    Is it worth WC'ing to do this?:

    OUT: Hilario IN: Krul
    OUT: Senderos IN: Bosingwa
    OUT: Baines IN: Kompany
    OUT: Moses IN: Petrov
    OUT: Jarvis IN: Anderson?

    Baines and Jarvis both 50-50 to play, Cech might be back so Hilario won't play. I also have Walcott who's a doubt apparantly? I know I've missed the price rises, but so many injuries and concerns! I could also take a 8 point hit..

    I have Young, Silva and Dyer in the midfield.
    Have 13.5 to spend on the remiaining 2 slots.
    Forward line of Dzeko, Rooney, Suarez.
    Not really wanting to get any Arsenal players until they show some form.
    Thoughts?

      ok thats your eleven... make do with your subs.. although I have no idea who they are as you haven't said.. Baines will play by the way... don't WC in my opinion as it will be a waste... if you have too take a -4 point hit.. although I have promised myself I will not take any hit this year

        Havent really been impressed by Sunderland thus far. Taarabt is a gamble but I agree with most on here that it he has to come good soon doesnt he? Also, I like what QPR have done in the transfer window so that can only help him i reckon.

        This combo has crossed my mind many times. I keep thinking about Cabaye tho instead of Brunt. The only problem is this is that i have them playing each other this week.

          Taarabt is a bit of a gamble which is why you shouldn't get cabaye, 1 gamble is enough. Brunt has great fixtures and on set pieces. Def Brunt and Taarabt.

        Bit worried that Tabarat may play wide with SWP in the hole. So both picks are a but of a gamble. At least B allows me to play 4 mids with Moses benched.

    Im just having a look at the FPL sight and an astonishing fact has come to my attention.
    G Cahill is the 2nd most owned player!!!
    I cant see the appeal considering Boltons god awful run and apart from the first Gameweek hes done less than nothing. Also i havent seen him in any RMT's on here for ages.
    Would i be right in saying that the vast majority of his owners would not be members of this site?
    Or has everyone got him and just keeping it quite? :p

      I think the majority of his owners are people who saw his goal(s) and thought he would be a good choice for the season.

      I happen to disagree based on his fixtures but what do I know? Playing the fixtures hasn't worked for me so far!

    Suggestions for sorting my midfield out?

    Yaya Toure, Sessegnon, Osman, Moses, Dyer
    Bent, Dzeko, Rooney.

    I think Osmans worth keeping because i've lost a bit of value on him and it's a possibility he takes up a new role with Arteta gone. So i guess it's down to getting rid of Yaya or Sessegnon. Have 1 free transfer and 3.5 in the bank.

      I agree with your Osman thinking. I would keep Yaya over Sess. Who are u planning on playing this week? I wouldnt really want to be playing Moses or Dyer or Sess tbh. So unless you ahve 5 defenders that are capable of playing this week I would go Sess to someone like Cabaye/Taarabt/Brunt.

        My defence is Kompany, Simpson, A.Cole, Wilkinson, Brown. I guess i could go 4-3-3 (if Bent is fit). Would it be good to get one of the 3 you mentioned or getting a bigger hitter (as if i drop Sessegnon, i'll have 10 mil to spend). Cheers for your advice.

          Yeh you could actually get Silva in for Sess which would be a huge improvement. Ultimately your call tho.

            Yeah well if i stuck with my original team without this place, i'd probably have 100 more points. I've jumped on too many bandwagons through lack of better judgement.

            Think getting Silva when i already have Yaya and Dzeko would be overkill. If Chelseas fixtures were a little better i'd go Mata. Might even take a 4 point hit to get rid of Yaya and Sess. Thanks again.

    Does anybody know if Nasri is likely to rise again this GW? I have him in my WC team for value but could do with making my transfers today really (not planning on keeping him) as I'm flying to USA first thing tomorrow and may be unable to change team - thoughts?

    Hi folks,

    Pretty much decided on my transfers but I thought I'd see if anyone has any ideas that I hadn't thought of.

    Given (Vorm)
    Gabbidon A Cole Kompany (Simpson Brown)
    Zog, Silva, Sess, Lamps, (Moses)
    Zamora Odem Suarez

    Decided not to play my wildcard but I'm regretting the lost value!

    Thinking of doing

    Lamps>Tarabt
    Zamora>RVP
    (A Cole>Bosingwa, but that can wait unless I need the money)

    Alternative is Odem>RVP and bring in Brunt for Lamps but I still fancy Tarabt to score big over the next fer weeks. I'm also not happy with Zog and Sess but they're not urget.

    Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

      jarvis is very doubtful, but concerning nasri i heard he has a broken hand, if the story is true (which i think since i read it in the guardian) then he's definitly out.

      Suarez and Brunt.
      Need to wait to see if Mata is going to start consistently or not. If he starts the next 2 weeks then GW6 is the week to get him.
      Much the same with Adebayor. I think he will start but would like to know for certain first.

        yes he is not eligible to play in europe. so he will never be rested in the PL games. Pulis said he wants him to get 30+ league games this season but dsnt want him to travel much to keep him fit.

      You have 3 starting defenders so I would leave that as it is for now.

      In my opinion the priorities are Yaya, Saha and maybe Torres. If you think Torres will do something keep him but if you could maybe downgrate Yaya for a budget pick (you should be able to afford anyone who is 6.5 or under) and upgrade Torres for RVP/Rooney then that would improve your team quite a bit in my opinion.

      An alternative is to swap Saha for Dzeko and bring in Brunt for Yaya.

      I wouldn't take any hits to more Torres, Saha or Bent though (unless he is confirmed as being out for a few games)

      priorities: bent and richards are doubtful for this week, baines is less doubtful.
      saha torres yaya hilario need to be shipped out soon
      if i were in ur situation (thank god im not)id do saha torres out for a good capt candidate.
      bent and richards and baines will be back next week so no need to firesale there.
      next week do something about yaya urgent, and later hilario.

          I would say save your wildcard for GW7 then you can get the benefit of price rises over the international break and no doubt there will be more injuries then. Use your free transfers until then to sort out the major problems.

          Yaya is almost certain to drop deeper now with Nasri, Silva, Kun, Tevez, Dzecko, Milner, Johnson and Balotelli (did I miss anyone?) competing for 4 attacking spots in the side with probably 2 defensive midefield options (choose from Barry, Yaya and De Jong.

          I don't know for sure but I would say he'll be less attacking and no longer looks good value for 8m.
