Season after season we’re seeing new weekly and daily Fantasy Football games launch and compete for our attention. It’s become obvious that these types of games are here to stay and are growing at pace.
This summer has been no different and it’s became clear that we needed a new approach to dealing with the games and to help guide those who decide to dip into them.
While we’ve limited ourselves to working with two full-time weekly/daily game partners in previous seasons, this time around we’re going to be more fluid over the course of the campaign.
You’ll see a number of games appear on our pages, some new, some familiar, although we’ll never look to cover more than two dedicated games in any given Gameweek.
In addition, we’ve a new approach to discussing these games and guiding your involvement.
We’ve recruited the 2013/14 Fantasy Premier League champion, Tom Fenley and we’re setting him a challenge.
He’ll get £100 stake money in every game that we include on our pages and we’re challenging him to use his undoubted Fantasy Football talent to turn that into profit.
Tom will be here updating his progress in each game, mulling over the options presented in a bid to build on his stake money.
He’ll also be providing a new “Weekly Shop” article in midweek which will detail his thinking for his player selections, outlining those picks that will be the mainstays of his weekly/daily lineups and those budget “enablers” that allow for big spend elsewhere.
In this way, we hope that we can help guide your strategies in whatever game you’re playing, whilst giving you an insight into playing some of our partner games week to week, including the prizes and formats they may have on offer.
In the meantime, we’d appreciate your views on daily and weekly games and will be starting a Hot Topic later this evening to capture your thoughts.
