          Cleverly on your bench right?

Other than cleverly Your team looks good but No need to make a transfer just to fix your bench. Or will you rotate with Mahrez as ki or shelvey could work for that.

I d save though, hard to bench mahrex after a brace. 2ft could be very useful next week

Jenkinson owners - are you concerned about WHU keeping a cleanie against Arsenal, meaning it may be hard for him to push back into the back 4 atleast for this week?

      Concerned but hopefully won't happen!
But that "never change a winning team" thing is a threat

Also have PVA and Saylor in defence. PVA could easily be dropped on back of gw1 performance

Agreed, he looked really dangerous against Chelsea and gets in good areas. Once he and the mids develop that connection he'll be able to time his runs and get in around defences for scoring opportunities. Great to watch.

I'll say this much about GW1. I'm glad that we all suffered some terrible scores and that the template worked about as badly as I've ever seen it operate, especially GW1. If Hazard, Walcott, Costa, Aguero, Sanchez, Koscielny, Sterling, Ivanovic, etc. had all fired there would be a template 20 players in every team for the next 5 GWs.

As it stands people are considering the likes of Ayew, Payet, Cabaye, Barkley, Gomis, a 16-year old in CDM for West Ham, Kompany is back on the radar, the mid table goalkeepers.

It's great for the fantasy game, the less template the better and the greater the opportunity to jump the ranks for the diligent and thoughtful manager. I'm excited, i think it's a really great way to start, and I know there were some pretty disappointed people aroudn these parts the last few days ... but good! Green arrows incoming, banter a-plenty, serious decisions to be made.

    It's a game ... this is fun!!!!

If I knew the answer to this...but as long as you have a good defense overall he certainly seems a very good pick. He was basically playing as a midfielder today...as per usual for him.

Aguero + YYT (although Silva would be better). This changes if they get KDB

You think we will survive with only one price drop for Walcott before next sunday?
Looks like Payet will rise only once this week.

I'm trying to convice myself to accept that 0.2 loss in value, but 0.3 could be just enough for me to make a move already.

It seems that way at the moment. Not sure what the Towers are doing that there hasn't been any price changes yet. Maybe they are letting latecomers a little benefit.

Walcott went from -25% to -35% yesterday, hopefully he slows down today/tomorrow so he's only - 55% on Thursday and I can wait until Saturday to make the move.

If you are going to make that switch, I don't see much reason to wait. Only risk involved.

I'm just going to do my standard team value high risk move if I have to and get Silva in for Walcott on Friday...

Only fails once or twice a season.

of all city Mids now Yaya looks a worthy pick for 8.5?? any suggestion?

he's a good pick, so is silva, so is sterling

It still seems a raffle for me.

Yaya will do this, and especially when Aguero is not on the field - takes free kicks and is on penos. But then can go missing for games on end.

Silva is Mr Consistent who'll always be involved in attacking forays and is more likely to assist than score, but has the pedigree and history to warrant his price-tag.

Sterling is explosive and capable of scoring against anyone, but can also go missing if he's marked out of the game. He seemed more likely to assist the assister the other day, but again could justify his price tag.

I'm waiting 1-2 more weeks, despite their ability to score against anyone.

I agree. I don't think sterling will be a good pick, he seems to be just distributing it back into the middle for Silva to pass to someone...

        This is spot on.

I had Silva in my early drafts and will probably go back to him if the next two weeks are inconclusive.

I feel augers reduces his output but I have no stats to back that up. 8.5mgood price though absolutely though it's one game, sterling could still out score him

All about the stats, he might have missed a few passes, shot off target, not made many tackles, etc. It's odd, I know, but it's all about the numbers.

TBH Walcott is a pain in the arse and Swansea have half decent fixtures. Thoughts?

He really should have put that chance away last night. I don't think I'm going to have anyone else from City besides Aguero, as much as I love Silva.

He will always have it rough when they play a top four side and they are getting sort of bossed at the middle of the park but against everyone else they should exert their will on the opponent and he will be in the thick of things. He's being very overlooked to me.

Ayew was good.. But Montero and Shelvey were great! Both got voted Motm by different publications. i'd wait a week and gather more stats for the best swans mid. it may end up being Shelvey + 1.5

Montero was class. Watching him take Ivan for a ride reminds me of the Arsenal game where Chambers got his arse handed to him. Beautiful stuff.
